Strength: After the justu is used, it turns into a river, leaving a watersource for another jutsu (B-rank and down?)

Weakness: Being that it's a B-rank jutsu, most C-rank and above defencive doton jutsu could easily defend against it.

Situation: When my opponent sends a clone out in front of them, this jutsu could be used to crash into the clone, and then a Raiton jutsu could be used in collaboration to electrocute my opponent through the resulting river.

The chakra absorbs the moisture in my mouth and multiplies it to create a large amount of water in my mouth. I then begin to spit the water from my mouth, using shape manipulation to create a giant water snake. As the water leaves my mouth, I continue to focus suiton chakra into my mouth to make the snake longer and larger. As the snake leaves my mouth, it flies towards my target (unspecified) and crashes onto it, it's mouth wide open to swallow the target whole. As the snake crashes into my target, he body of water falls to the earth, creating a river for later use.*

So, to be clear, you want the strength/weakness/situation as I post my move? And does this one require a water source, or does the water just come out of the ground?

*I stand up as you make the clones, and then I weave handseals, focusing my suiton chakra into the ground beneath your clone to collect moisture out of the earth. My suiton gathers the moisture together to create a pool of water under the ground and your clone, which then burst upwards and surrounds your clone in a large sphere of water. As the water comes out of the ground, your clone then runs to attack me (like a cue). As your second clone comes towards me, I wait for it and move to my right (your clone's left) quickly as he gets close to me, pulling out a katana as I move to chop it horizontally in the stomach, dispelling the clone in a puff of smoke. As the smoke disappaits, a slight breeze brushes my clothing dramatically in my low stance held from chopping your clone.*

Strength: You can bind the target without the restriction Water Prison had of keeping ones hand in the bubble. A lightning style jutsu can also be used in collaboration to shock a target to death from all angles.

Weakness: Very few enemies will stand still long enough for the chakra to collect enough water to trap the enemy.

Situation: After hitting the target to a specific spot (a mark, if you will), or to the ground, this jutsu can then be used to bind them in the place for a follow-up attack (lightning to shock them, fire to create steam and burn them, wind to create a typhoon-like attack, earth to create mud to suffocate and further ensnare them).

A jet of water is pretty straight-forward.

-I create 3 clones, who stand in a straight line.-

Take all three of them out.

*I weave the handseals, and focus suiton chakra into my mouth, gathering the moisture within to create a large base of water. Then, I leap into the air, and put my hand near my mouth (going by the picture). I exhale the water, creating a large pressure from my suiton chakra, in a stream that gets wider as it goes further from me, creating a horn-like shape pointed at me. (I'm not sure if the line is front to back, or left to right, so I'll go over situations for both.)
F-B: The water stream is aimed at the front-most clone, and I tilt my head upwards so the stream crashes down on the clones standing behind it, reducing them to smoke.
L-R: I aim the water stream at my left-most clone (from the clone's perspective, the right-most clone), and as the gushing stream of water crushes him, I sweep my head to the side, picking off the clones like the old carnaval duck-shooting game.*

Strength: It can be used with Lava Release: Quicklime Congealing Technique, or if being used without a bio that has lava, the stream of water could be used to push oneself upwards out of an attack.

Weakness: Because it's mid-range, the target will have time to react to the suiton technique accordingly.

Situation: As a barrage of projectiles are thrown my way, I could use this jutsu to propel myself upwards into the air, and then tilt my head up to send the stream towards my opponent from up high.

Kay, what I want you to do, is focus suiton chakra into the air above the opponent. Then materialize the water in the air above him, and crush him.

Just so you can't use this as an advantage, if used by a clone with you shooting a lightning technique, or vice-versa, it's an amazing combo.

Well, this jutsu requires no water source, I assume the water can be used for another jutsu (until told otherwise), it can provide a great distraction, and it can be canceled at any time if need be. That's all I got. :shrug:
