Start this off by performing two simple hand seals; Dragon and Tiger, which allows you to summon a large amount of water to use in numerous ways. The main way It's used is to create a water dragon with a gaping mouth that will be uses to attack your opponent. The water when summoned though will stay stationary and useless until you mold and manipulate it to attack..

(Suiton: Suishū Gorugon) - Water Release: Powerful Blasting Rain Trench

Description: The user after performing Dragon → Tiger will summon a large amount of water that will then be used to strike at the opponent in several versatile ways. It has been known to transform it into a dragon with a gaping mouth to attack. The water used will be stationary till it is sent offensively toward the opponent.




Pretty basic technique here, nothing too crazy ya know. Simply perform the tiger hand seal and stomp on the ground, resulting in a jet of water to rise up from the ground heading towards the opponent in attempts to slice him/her

Perform
While performing the Dragon - Tiger handseals, I concentrate my chakra into my core, I calmly transform the chakra to suiton chakra which I release into the air ,I then use the chakra to condense the air into a ball of water, I then shape manipulate it into a dragon with a gaping mouth which launches at the opponent
Strong points
-It is a means of getting water in a battle without water source
-Requires only few handseals

-Slow to complete as it consists of alota steps
Combo
I start by placing the opponent under a genjutsu where snakes seem to bind the opponent, I then perform the Dragon-Tiger handseal creating a ball of water wifh my suiton chakra, I then manipulate the ball of water into a ball of water that charges at the opponent
Counter
I will simply stomp the ground erecting a 90° wall infront of me which will absorb the dragon

While performing the tiger handseal, I stomp the ground releasing my suiton chakra which I have calmly nature manipulated from pure chakra, as I stomp the ground, I use the gathered suiton chakra to form a jet of water which goes to the opponent slicing him/her

I start by stomping the ground using my doton chakra, I cause the ground beneath the opponent to shake, repeating the action for my first jutsu, I perform the tiger handseal forming a jet of water which slices the unbalanced opponent

I will simply stomp the ground erecting a 90° wall infront of me which will absorb the jet of water

A fast moving and performing projectile based technique. The user will gather suiton in their mouth then The user will send a condensed ball of water straight towards any area the user chooses. Its a very fast moving technique as well as powerful enough to push an opponent back. The technique is limited in range only up to mid range. Its very basic in what its purpose is as well as what its meant to be. Its combo friendly as well being able to send multiple attacks. Basic walls are simple enough to stop the ball since it is quite straightforward.

Descripton: A strong water wave spit from the mouth that is more compressed than Chaos Water Wave and can carve the earth if used on the same area multiply times.


Okay after performing that long list of hand seals. You will rise water from the ground which you can manipulate in a various of ways. First of all its a great arsenal for you to use. The amount of water summoned can allow you to use certain jutsus which require a water source if you don't all ready have one. You can encase a water summon around it to allow it to be in the field and move freely. You can use it to block attacks as well. Its a very handy jutsu to use and simple. Only a small amount is summoned so its not like you can use it to perform water jutsus that require a larger water source.

They can create a body of water for a water summoning to be encased in and allow them to move around where normally no water exists, or create a body of water to block incoming attacks or surround his target and then drown them.

Go jump into that lake to your right which just magically happened to spontaneously spawn out of thin air. >_> And from there, once you're deep inside I want you to cascade your entire body into your own chakra, by channelling it throughout your pores, form a simple layer around your entire body that acts as a propeller, increasing your velocity whilst within the water, but the main ability is that the chakra will act as a sort of insulator for sound, masking your presence within the large water source as you move about by decreasing the waves of water produced etc. Though this can be used at a simple and large water source, it can't be used if the water is infused with your opponent's chakra from a technique of a higher rank. Also whilst your chakra will mask the sound produced, it will not mask your physical presence, thus meaning you can be spotted with simple eye sight if the water source isn't large enough.

Description: This Technique allows the user to properl themselves through a body of water by using their chakra. While underwater, this technique will also partially mask the users prescence.
Note: Must be a large water source such as a lake to use.


So uhh, really simple. xD Knead your suiton chakra, channelling it throughout your entire body and dominantly towards your more dominant arm, in the process of doing so open said palm of that hand outwards towards an intended direction, and gather your chakra within the centre of your palm; effectively from there shooting it outwards. With shape manipulation, form the water into that of a simple jet that will travel towards your opponent, and upon impact the jet carries the capability of crushing your opponent with its sheer weight. But, while it requires no hand signs, it requires your hand to be up at all times while the jet is in motion, meaning you can't use it to perform any hand signs, and the jet only travels up to short range.

Description: the user will produce a fairly powerful jet of water from the user's hand.


This technique utilizes a nearby water source, by performing the required hand signs as shown above release your chakra through your pores and into the water source, let's say a lake. And by using your chakra, without any manipulation simply pick up a large quantity of water from the source, and then form it into that of a large spiralling stream, the water upon impact carries the capability to crush and drown your opponent due to its sheer size and volume; however, it does require a good deal of hand signs and can easily be avoided, let alone requiring a water source as well.

(Suiton: Daibakuryuu) - Water Release: Great Exploding Current

Description: User creates a whirlpool that sucks any opponent in range underwater. Note: Must be performed on a water source

The requirements for this technique to work is that both you and your opponent are within a water source, any distance from each other is fine but you both need to be in it. By infusing your chakra with the water particles surrounding your opponent, force a change in the residual tide, making the currents spin vigorously on their own axis, effectively forming a whirlpool with your opponent in the centre. He will move with the currents of the whirlpool, into the depths of the water source leaving him to drown in impending doom.




(Suiton: Kokuun) - Water Style: Black Clouds

Description:After performing the Ram → Snake → Tiger hand seals the user creates a flammable black mist that forms a small cloud. The user can then move the cloud above their target and disperse it, covering the target in flammable oil.

By performing the Ram → Snake → Tiger hand signs, channel your Suiton chakra throughout your body and outwards in the form of black flammable mist; then with usage of shape manipulation turn the mist into a thick, albeit not huge black cloud. The cloud can be moved from anywhere within your mid range, and has the ability to rain on the opponent (uhh yeah make it rain >_>) but here's the catch, the rain itself is not actual rain but flammable oil which is black in colour. And what can you do with flammable oil? Set it alight.




(Suiton: Takitsubo) - Water Release: Waterfall Basin

Description: After performing the required hand seals Boar → Dog → Ram the user creates a waterfall by developing spring water in a place without water veins and manipulating the resulting water current to form a wave. This is a very convenient technique as it can be used for training or relaxation. On the other hand, because it changes the environment on a large scale, it also has the effect of hiding one's location from the enemy by confusing them. The width of the water source, waterfall, and basin can be expended, as long as the user continues to send chakra in.

Right, ever wanted to make your own cool looking waterfall? Well today's your lucky day! By performing the Boar → Dog → Ram hand signs, you are essentially able to generate a quantity of spring water from places where normal water veins aren't found. So basically what you are doing is creating water from nowhere, by releasing your Suiton chakra through your pores and infuse it within the air particles. The technique itself has like, no usage within actual battles. I mean you can get bored and take a dip in the pool during your match xD But a few potential uses I see are, it's quite a huge water source so you can use it both to hide yourself, or as a water source for more powerful water based attacks. The width of the waterfall is up to your imagination, so you can make it quite small or humongous.

A counter will be to use a fire jutsu to burn the cloud or to use an earthern jutsu to create shelter

-If I was in a battlefield, I'll lower the ground below the opponent(Earth moving core), use this jutsu to fill the hole with water then use a lightning jutsu to fry opponent

(Suiton: Mizu Tsurudan) - Water Release: Water Tendril Bullets

Description: The user will manipulate one of their water clones to dissolve back to water and turn into four pointed projectiles that shoot at the target.
Note: Must create a water clone before hand.

Now this is quite a simple technique. Begin by making a Water clone, which you should have learnt from your previous teacher, and upon that manipulate the actual content of your clone. By simply making him dissolve into a puddle of water, effectively reducing his human-like qualities that he had copied from you, you can then utilize him further. What I want you to do is, since your chakra is already infused with the body of water, as your clone is dissolving back, by using shape manipulation form four pointed projectiles that carry a shape similar to that of a kunai from the quantity of water, and send them straight towards your opponent. The projectiles are quite sharp even though they are water, and will pierce upon impact.

Description: The user will first strike their target with couple of punches and kicks them lifting the target into the air and the user will then concentrate their chakra into their palm and then swinging their arm in a arc they release chakra creating a cresent blade of water that strike the target.

Alright so for this one, to first initiate the technique you'll have to get a bit physical *cue song* Begin by running up to your opponent, dealing with a few barrages of hits, a couple of punches and finish it of with an upwards kick from a downwards angle with either leg, just to slightly knock your opponent into the air. From there, having kicked your opponent knead suiton chakra towards either palm, the choice is up to you, and condense an average quantity of water in the centre of that palm, with a simple swing then release that water in a non-condensed form, with shape manipulation to form it into that of a crescent that will be shaped in the motion of your swing, and be released upwards as your opponent is still into the air, cutting him and dealing damage.

Description: The user will manipulate their chakra and then they create water to rise up from the ground beneath the target lifting them into the air.

Right now this is a technique I love, and is certainly quite useful in battles. Without the usage of any hand signs, knead your suiton chakra throughout your body and channel it into the ground beneath you. From there, I want you to use your chakra in order to harness the water that lurks deep within the ground, and once gathered together, move it upwards and cause it to explode out of the ground right beneath your opponent. As it does so, use shape manipulation to compress it into a pillar, with it's diameter being at least 5 meters, what it will then simply do is act as a pillar, with it's compressed shape enabling solid-like properties to manifest the water, it will throw your opponent high up in the air.

But the way I like to use this technique is to use it on myself if there is a large technique descending down upon me, if you were to simply cause the pillar to push you high up in the air it'd allow you to attack on the get-go, coupled with the fact that the technique doesn't require any hand signs, if used correctly can change the course of the battle.

After creating a water clone, I manipulate my suiton chakra in the water clone to shape manipulate the clone into projectiles which I send at the opponent

If the clone is short range away from opponent, it will be hard to evade

Since its a basic projectile whose trajectory cant be changed, evading it will be simple
Combo
A suitable combo will be to create a water clone, use this jutsu and pass raiton chakra in the projectiles to make it pierce and electrocute on contact

A doton wall of equal or -1 rank will be sufficient

I start by running at the opponent delivering a few punches to his chest and then delivering an upward kick to send him airborne, I then concentrate a sufficient amount of chakra into my hand which I nature manipulate into suiton chakra and release by waving my hand shape manipulating it into an arc of condensed water which damages the dummy.

( Suiton: Haretsu sui Yashi ) - Water Release: Water Bursting Palm

Description: After making the ram hand seal the user generates water around their right arm and then by thrusting their arm forwards they release the water in the form of a projectile bullet that drives through the opponent pushing them back several feet.

A very basic jutsu. First of all it requires one hand seal and it can only work short range. This is a very large risk to take because though its one hand seal a opponent can easily use a taijutsu move before you fully perform the technique. Its a basic short range attack and nice to use. The user will create a water around their arm and send a projectile bullet which acts to forcefully push the opponent back. Its also fast moving bullet, if you are able to fully perform the technique then evasion is very difficult. A nice jutsu I recommend trying to restrict the opponents movement so you can fully perform it accurately.




( Suiton: Seisuiryu ) - Water Release: Azure Water Stream

Description: The user will create a moving body of water beneath him that travels towards the opponent carrying the user. They then slash the opponent with their sword multiple times.

Okay this is actually a handy jutsu but is misused many times. The user will simply create a pool of water beneath them which acts to carry the opponent forward. Not side to side, it acts to only move one direction towards the opponent. Its good to evade certain techniques. Now when you reach the opponent, you take out your sword and slash him up to bits. Its a fast acting jutsu so its hard for the opponent to note come in contact though the pool can only move mid range at most. Its a nice jutsu to use for close range battle. A simple counter which you can turn into a offense is electrifying the water, shock the opponents feet.




( Suiton: Nagareru no Muchi ) - Water Release: Flowing Whip

Description: The user first kneads chakra in their mouth and then, placing their hand on their mouth expels water in the form of a whip which they use to lash their opponent, sending them flying backwards.

Okay a streaming water technique meaning you will have to keep constant control over its movement and where you send it. You will basically send a stream of water towards the opponent which acts to lash or whip the opponent and send the back some meters. Now its hard to evade since its streaming so you can specifically aim and control as long as you remain focused. Blocking is the best thing to do for this jutsu as a line of defense.

( Suiton: Shawa ) - Water Release: Showers

Description: The user condenses water vapour in the air above them to generate multiple projectiles of water which shoot at their target with a great amount of force and speed. The user can also shoot a barrage of small water projectiles directly from the swing of their hand.

This is a very useful technique. The user will use water vapor in the air wot create many water projectile attacks. They are very sharp as well as powerful. They can be made anywhere around short-mid range of the user and can be sent anywhere. Since they are projectile based attacks you can use them with combos. Masking kunais would be a smart but basic idea. They are guided by the swing of the users hand when aiming. It is very fast to perform as well as fast moving, perks include how simple but effective it is as well as no water source. Simple blocking of the projectiles can be used.

Description: After waving the Boar ? Dog ? Ram hand seals, a water vortex created in the palm of the user’s hand that can then be blasted forward creating a spiraling wall of water which can then be used to attack or defend.
Note: No water source required

Basic technique after performing the 3 hand seals required the user will create a vortex around the palm of his hand, then with a thrust aiming towards the opponent he will release it in hopes to attack or defend the opponent. Now it has a couple of hand seals and overall may take some time you can look in the anime yourself to notice. Its nice streaming technique with an intent to harm the opponent in two ways, pushing them back with a powerful thrust, and getting the opponent wet. Other then this notes its basic.


(Suiton: Suiryuudan no Jutsu) - Water Style: Water Dragon Bullet Technique

Description: After performing a long series of hand seals Ox → Monkey → Hare → Rat → Boar → Bird → Ox → Horse → Bird → Rat → Tiger → Dog → Tiger → Snake → Ox → Ram → Snake → Boar → Ram → Rat → Yang Water → Monkey → Bird → Dragon → Bird → Ox → Horse → Ram → Tiger → Snake → Rat → Monkey → Hare → Boar → Dragon → Ram → Rat → Ox → Monkey → Bird → Yang Water → Rat → Boar → Bird the user then shapes a large amount of water into a giant, powerful dragon, which hits the opponent with formidable might, dealing physical damage. The ideal place to use it is near a body of water, but if the user's skill allows it, it is possible to use it even in a place where there is none. The amount of water used will be in proportion with the user's skill as well as its power which can vary. Ninjas with a primary water specialty will be able to produce up to an S-Rank technique; ninjas with a secondary water specialty will be able to produce up to an A-Rank technique; normal water masters will produce the basic B-Rank technique. Tobirama was able to use this technique with a single hand seal showing testiment to his skill in water ninjutsu.
Note: Requires a water source to use.

A very famous and destructive jutsu that really in my opinion is one of the bests in the suiton list. Now yes unless you specialize in water for your bio, you will have to complete all of those hand seals. After the hand seals is done the user will manipulate the near by water source to rise it and mold its shape to create a very powerful dragon. The user must remain focus during the performance and until he sends the dragon to the opponent. Now it has the raw power to seriously hurt the opponent as well as drench the area, depending on the terrain, where and what type of water source. Little to say its main purpose is to be as offensive as it can be. A huge downside to it is those hand seals. The amount of time to perform them would take very long, in the midst of battle.

Description: After performing the Tiger hand seal the user creates an orb of water from which several sharp whips of water emerge. Those whips can then be directed towards one or multiple targets, impaling them on impact.

This is a useful technique, quick and easy as well. With the Tiger hand seal the user will create a orb to appear anywhere he/she desires, I recommend a little but close to you. Now while always remaining focused towards the orb the user will release multiple whips out of the orb directed all over the area where the opponent is. The whips are highly flexible and very fast pace. They can be released anywhere on the orb, and towards any part of the field since it deals a long range.

Description: The user will do the Tiger handseal and will gather water in his mouth and then spits out either a single very large sphere of rotating water that can blast a huge area leaving it soaked or a series of up to 5 smaller yet faster bullets. The power of the technique depends on how much chakra the user inputs into it.

This is a very convenient technique which has a large amount of mobility which is a reason why I like it. The user will do one hand seal and spew out a fast rotating ball of water towards the opponent. You can send 1-5 balls of water and the attack potency depends on just how much chakra you add onto it. Sending one bullet is much more powerful and has ability to rip through even the strongest defenses. While sending more but small bullets are much more faster as well as tougher to evade. You can use this tech as a finishing move or to distract the opponent sending projectile water bullets over and over again. It has a large amount of purpose. Ways to counter are simple, projectiles are usually straightforward so blocking is easy as well as certain evasion methods.

(Suiton: Mizu Kamikiri) - Water Release: Rising Water Slicer

Description: After performing the Tiger hand seal the user creates a fast jet of water running through the ground that is powerful enough to slice through solid rock.

One of the very simple techniques. The user after doing one quick hand seal will rise a large amount of water from the ground. The water is manipulated to form into a jet slice of water. The user can send it towards the opponent as a projectile. While it is moving it literally rips through ground towards the opponent. This can even effect the terrain to a extent by preventing the opponent from using the ground as freely as they want as well as since its cracked up even afterward it will remain so. I like to send lightning towards it to even crack around the ground and have a better attack potency. It can block through attacks while moving.


( Suiton: Suishinshu ) - Water Release: Water Quaking Pillar

Description: The user jumps into the air and then stabs his sword into the ground, where he causes water to burst up around him and creating a pillar of water to rise up in the air repelling the enemy.

Okay the user will send suiton chakra into their sword and jump into the air and when reaching the ground stab it in the ground causing a water pillar to rise up right under the opponent, this will send the opponent high into the air while pushing them back. Now Its a tough tech to decide to use, you will have to jump into the air first leaving you vulnerable to attacks, I recommend that to use this technique if you were on top of a summon and jump down a large summon and then use the technique. This way your less vulnerable and less prone to attack. Now when the pillars sets a gush of water will appear first then launch the opponent. Now when they are in the air you are left to continue quickly to another attack giving you full freedom. You will have to stab the sword though short range of the opponent in the ground so he/she will most likely have visual contact on you. This can have them anticipate your move, be weary.


( Suiton: Seiryusho ) - Water Release: Azure Dragon Palm

Description: The user unleashes a spiralling torrent of water from his hands.

Very simple the user will send a torrent of water from their hands towards the opponent short range from them. Now this is a great close combat attack I recommend it highly when you get in a position to a taijutsu fighter who is giving you a hard time. Its very fast to create no hand seals whatsoever, its simple as you can tell from the description. Nothing much more to add on here.

While performing the tiger handseal, I stomp the ground releasing my suiton chakra which I have calmly nature manipulated from pure chakra, as I stomp the ground, I use the gathered suiton chakra to form a jet of water which goes to the opponent slicing him/her

( Suiton: Shizuka Yari ) - Water Release: Droplet Spear
Rank: B

Description: Using their skills with water release, the user creates an orb of water in their hand which they can then release in the form of multiple spearing streams, that they can use to attack their enemy from multiple directions or in spirals.

The user will create a orb of water acting as a miniature water source, because when the orb is created the user will manipulate it once again to form multiple spears of streaming water (4-6 seen in the game) which are used to attack the opponent with a barrage of this spears to impale the opponent. This is actually a fast moving technique and fast to perform, I recommend using it when you get close range of the opponent. The speed of them spears would be to fast for the opponent to react to them all at once. You must keep concentration though to send the streams, so if you want to send another jutsu you must release this one. Its not a projectile based technique. Its flexible nature allows the streams to be sent at any direction or area of the body, making it hard on the opponent.



( Suiton: Nagareru no Yari ) - Water Release: Flowing Spear

Description: The user creates crescent shaped blades of water, which follow the arcs of their hand movements attacking opponents infront of them or they can twirl around while generating the crescent blades to attack all around them.

This is similar another great short range technique, which can still be used from mid. Now with simple hand movements the user will create water shaped crescents in a very fast motion. Another technique where you can attack any area you want by a simple hand wave, it acts to impale the opponent and the water crescents move fast. Must keep concentration for them though. A great add in is you can move around and twirl while still generating the crescents, so you can in short evade or block while still sending the multiple crescents hitting the opponent.




(Suiton: Ja No Kuchi) - Water Release: Water Snakes Mouth

Description: After performing the required hand seals Monkey → Rat → Tiger → Dragon → Horse → Dragon it then allows the user to generate a spinning column of water which will take the form of a snake with a gaping jaw. This snake can twist and follow its targets and swallow them. After it has swallowed them, it turns into a river that carries the enemy away.

A handy jutsu for some scenarios. Now after performing the required hand seals the user will summon a pillar of water out the ground and form it into a snake which they send towards the enemy as a projectile based attack. Now their are some small perks with this jutsu. One being it can follow the opponent but for this feature you must stay concentrated on it. So if you send it as a projectile its straightforward but if you control it, it becomes impossible to go onto the next tech. Makes having a clone nice. Also when it engulfs the opponent, it turns into a river of water which carries him away. I would send a lightning current when it becomes a river. Its best used in caves, then in open space fields.
