was happy to finally have found a mentor to help him in his quest to become stronger. He had to admit to himself that he felt quite nervous and having to take instruction from someone as renowned as his-now-sensei was intimidating. But Shin, especially one from a samurai background, understood that instruction for the edification of the self was necessary. He swallowed his pride and kept in mind to be respectful and kind as his old mentor had been. He approached the area he had been told to arrive at. He made sure he was early to have extra time for questions and such but as soon as he arrived he noticed a man already waiting there. Being a klutz like he is, Shin walked forward almost in pride looking up and hoping he was impressing the man ahead. However as he approached closer he failed to notice the rock in the ground and stumbled and fell in front of the man.

*THUD!*

Shin looked up to see the man looking at him unimpressed. Shin suddenly felt so embarrassed but tried to remain a calm composure as he got up and dusted himself. Shin bowed down in respect and saluted the man.

"Hello Sensei. My name is Shinpachi Nagakura. I am your student and I appreciate you taking me in. I am ready to begin when you are and forgive my entrance. I am not usually so clumsy."

Jiraiya looked at the young man walking towards him looking with a cold glare at him. As he stumbled Jiraiya slightly chuckled. As the student bowed Jiraiya burst into laughter.

BAHAH! Ohayoooo! No need for such formality with me. I'm your teacher not your master. We are equals so act as that. We are here to learn Water Release, yes? Tell me all you know about it.

Shin, feeling relieved that his sensei was laid back made this easier for him since being formal wasn't his style. For the first time in a long time, Shin felt he had found someone he could be himself with. It was an amazing yet lucky chance he had. He was surprised though that being a renowned sensei, he was quite...different. Shin thought to himself, "He better not be like this in battle."

So he released all inhibitions he had and decided to be himself for once. Maybe this would allow him to relax and focus. Shin grinned as he heard Jiraiya-sensei laugh and listened to what he said. Shin then spoke in a more casual tone.

"Oi! Sorry for the entrance Ojiisan. I really suck at entrances. And as for what you asked....here goes!"

"Water is one of my favorite elements because it is so versatile and it brings me good memories of the sea. It can be used to defend, attack, or be used as a supplementary to other techniques or water techniques that require a water source. I know two such masters of water that I truly admire, Senju Tobirama, your Sensei's Sensei, and Hoshigake Kisame, the master of Water Shark techniques. More So, Nidaime Hokage. It is said he could perform water techniques in places where it was virtually impossible. I heard a rumor that he did that by gathering the water molecules in the atmosphere and using that to perform water techniques. Now that requires precise chakra control. I know more about him but that's for another time.

Naturally, water is strong against Fire and weak towards Earth. However it all depends on the scope of the jutsu. In other words enough heat could boil water and make it steam and enough water could break down earth and make it into mud. A perfect combination with water is lightning as it is an acceptable conductor. Be warned though that touching the water while electrifying it with lightning could hurt you and end up paralyzing you. Easy win for your opponent then it would be, no? I know no more Ojiisan."

Shin looked intently at Jiraiya-sensei hoping for his approval.

Very good, very good.

Now, how would you create water from your chakra? How would you achieve that?
Happy to be himself with Jiraiya-sensei, Shin proceeded with his answer. Shin wasn't aiming to please him or shock him. He was merely being asked of him his knowledge of how to create water chakra and how to do it. So he dug deep and tried to remember what he had learned all these years travelling. Shin had been travelling alone for most of his life and having the unique opportunity to train was like an answer to prayer for him. Shin took a deep breath and responded:

"Water chakra is the result of two stages. First is manipulating its nature, which in this case is water. By changing its properties and characteristics to mimic water, chakra control is required depending on the size of the technique. The second stage is manipulating its shape. By manipulating its shape you can change the strength of the technique to however you desire. However it is said that it is easier to create water from an existing source or from one's mouth than it is to create it out of one's body.

So basically water can be made by manipulating the nature and shape of your own chakra to take on the characteristics of water. Your chakra control will vary depending on the scope of the jutsu and what you want to achieve with it.

I hope I didn't confuse you Ero-Sennin."

Jiraiya nodded in approval as his student replied to him. It was rare that someone actually gave such complete answers to his questions. Even though his answer was correct, there was a slight part missing from it and Jiraiya decided to complete it for him.

Correct, but you create water by combining the atoms of hydrogen and oxygen to materialize it. How about you give it a whirl? Put your palms together and focus your chakra in it while imagining the feeling of water flowing down your back. Okay?

"Oh wow. I had forgotten that. Science isn't my forte Jiraiya (grins)."

Shin then clapped his hands together and closed his eyes. He took a deep breath and focused on the energy in him. He imagined it flowing to his palms, swirling slowly like a tidal wave or ripple. He breathed slowly in and out, and took note of his heartbeat. He could feel his heartbeat and its steady pace. Feeling confident, Shin channeled his chakra to his palms. He then, in his own way, made it vibrate and ripple throughout his body and then onto his back. He controlled it in a form of a pulse. As if it was linked to his heart. Shin let the chakra flow to his back, almost cascading like a waterfall. Boom, boom....boom, boom....boom, boom. It was as if he could feel the hopes and dreams of his clan wash over him. As if protecting him and encouraging him. This was a nice feeling and one he wanted to engrave in his mind.

"Jiraiya, I almost feel like I am made of water. It's not like when you jump into a river and become wet. This is almost a cool feeling and amazing at the same time. I feel it flowing all around me. Did I do it right or should keep going?"

Shin laughed and gave a child-like grin as if this was the happiest day of his life. He had spent a good part of his life living in pain and sadness. He had felt so alone. But now, he felt like there was someone he could finally connect with like brother to brother. Shin vowed he would do what it took to help people with the same pain and make a difference in the world.

As Shin was in that meditative state, Jiraiya approached his back and started peeing on him. He smiled as his student spoke about how he feels.

Alright, good job.

(Suiton No Jutsu) - Water technique
Rank: D
Type: Supplementary/Attack/Defence
Range: Short-Mid
Damage Points:20
Description: Creates small waves of water, small blasts, and small shields of water.
Note: Doesn't require a water source but can be used to manipulate existing water.

With this you can manipulate existing water sources to make waves, or manipulate it in any way you imagine. You can create water from your body or materialize it on the field to create shields and blasts etc. A versatile technique with a good range but the only problem is it's very low rank.

Next technique:
(Kirigakure No Jutsu) - Hidding in Mist Jutsu
Rank: D
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Long
Chakra Cost: 10
Damage Points: N/A
Description: This displacement technique creates a thick mist to spring forth by lifting up some water from either a pre-existing source or expelled from their mouth, then goes in and out of sight at will from within the pearly-white realm. The mist's thickness is controlled by the amount of chakra kneaded into it. It can't fool the Byakugan, but, due to the mist being created with the user's chakra, any Sharingan and Rinnegan-user will see the mist coloured by their opponent's chakra, which will effectively hide the user from the dōjutsu.
Note: Can be created through releasing from mouth or manipulating a nearby water source.

This is a technique where you are able to manipulate water to create a thick mist. You can either raise it from a water source or release it from your own body. The thickness of the mist and it's volume is up to you and can be manipulated by the amount of chakra you use. It can hide you from Rinnegan and Sharingan users but you can't fool the Byakugan and it's amazing chakra tracing abilities. This can be defended by using a wind release technique which is kind of the best way.

Listening to Jiraiya, Shin begins to take note of this particular jutsu as it is one of his village's specialty. Shin imagines how it must look and listens intently on its description and application. A question come to mind and Shin not hesitating, speaks when Jiraiya pauses:

"Jiraiya, is there a specific wind jutsu you have to use or is it any wind technique? If I make it thicker will it be harder to blow away then? Oh and while its in effect how can I navigate in it? In other words, how do I know where to aim my attacks at?"

Anything with enough might to blow it away will serve. Tornadoes, gusts, waves. Not really, since the wind techniques you'll be using will be stronger than the mist in most scenarios, it won't be hard to blow it away. You will learn a water technique which will help you, but otherwise you need some kind of sensory.

(Suiton: Mizu Kuri No Yaiba) - Water Style: Sword of Draining
Rank: D
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 10
Damage Points: 20
Description: A technique that utilizes water to create a sword. The sword can be wielded in the normal fashion, allowing the ninja to cut and stab like with a normal blade.
Note: Doesn't require a water source.

A technique where you materialize water and shape it as a sword. It is just as a metal sword which you can use to stab and cut like with any sword. Pretty simple. Remember that you cannot use other technique while you focus on this one. If you say use this technique and then want to channel lightning into it, it won't work since you can't manipulate multiple chakra natures at once. This requires focus to maintain.

( Suiton: Junsai no Jutsu ) - Water Release: Water Shield Technique
Rank: D
Type: Supplementary, Defence
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 10
Damage points: N/A
Description: The user will manipulate their water chakra and releasing it from their arm which is held outwards infront of them and they then create a shield of water that can aide in defence against projectile weapons and close combat techniques.

Place your arm before you and manipulate your chakra to create water which you then shape into a shield which you can use to defend against projectiles and D-C ranked fire techniques.

As Shin listens intently, he begins fiddling with his chakra as Jiraiya speaks. When he ceased his lecture on the two jutsu, Shin took a deep breath then began to channel his chakra to his right arm. He could feel a cool feeling on his arm but not like ice. It was more of a cool, fluid feeling overtaking it. Once some water had begun to flow out of his hand, Shin began manipulate it into the shape of a sword. Then by focusing some more chakra into the sword, Shin was able to condense it to almost that of steel. He slashed at a nearby tree and was able to dent it quite nicely.

"So with this jutsu I can use as a regular sword? It looks pretty good and sufficient against kenjutsu users. I should be careful though because like you said it takes focus to maintain it and accidentally getting touched by lightning could lead to paralysis."

Shin then slowly dissipates the jutsu and begins to work on the next one. He sets himself up into a fighting stance and extends out his left arm. He begins ti quickly channel his chakra to that arm and in his mind Shin begins to imagine a small shield. He begins to manipulate the chakra in his arm to take on the properties of water and forms it into the shape of a shield. Taking a deep breath and focusing much more now, Shin works on making it quite dense so that even projectiles cannot to harm to him.

"Wow Jiraiya! With this, could I easily block kunai or what can this protect me from?"

With that, Shin quietly awaits his reply. He is quite intent on learning as much as he can.

Kunai, shuriken, fire balls etc. But keep in mind the size of the technique.

We'll take a different approach now. We will be doing a template which you fill out so no need to perform the techniques:

(Suiton: Suikōtoppa) – Water Release: Water Shark Breakthrough
Rank: C
Type: Attack
Range: short
Chakra cost 15
Damage points: 30
Description: The user will create a water shark to jump into the air and bolt towards the opponent, striking them.
Note: Requires a water source.

Create a water shark inside a water source to jump into the air and launch towards the opponent striking them. It's the size of a regular shark, and it's only one. Low rank and range as well as the requirement of a water source so it's a very restricted technique.

OOC: I was playing NUNS2 the other day and this reminds me of a jutsu Kisame used. ^__^

Strong points
♦ Push Back; at close range, and with a water source, you can push back your enemy or cause him to stay a distance
♦ Range; The range makes it a good jutsu at close range. Good for using to exploit an opening.
♦ Quick; if done on a large water surface, like a lake, you can attack from any close-range angle fairly quickly

Weak Points
♦ Water source; jutsu requires a water source so sometimes that may prove rather difficult.
♦ Range; being short range, the opponent can retreat into mid-range or long-range to avoid/escape it
♦ rank; because of its rank it might not be powerful enough to cause any serious damage

Combinations/Strategies: If not used with lightning, the shark can be used with a mud technique to make it denser to cause more damage to the enemy and possibly restrain him. A wind technique could be used to increase the pressure damage of the water as well.

Ways to Counter: Move out of its range or block with an attack. Not sure if a earth wall would be fast enough to launch in time to protect it. You could also cancel it out by using the same technique.

Questions: With this jutsu, is it possible to infuse it with lightning in time? Like will you have enough time to infuse lightning if you wanted to? Given that you have a water source, can this technique be used in conjunction with another attack like a taijutsu move? In other words, if I decide to punch my opponent with my fist can I make the shark come behind him and hit him and thus resulting in a double hit?

"It seems like a real easy technique sensei. But confused on how it could be used correctly. Or maybe I am making it more complicated than it should be."

"It seems like a real easy technique sensei. But confused on how it could be used correctly. Or maybe I am making it more complicated than it should be."
Strong points

  • When on short range, and you have a water source, the element of surprise is great here. You need no seals, no movements, you simply focus on creating the shark. Remember while you manipulate the shark, you can't do other ninjutsu/elemental techs since the technique requires your focus. The same principle applies to all techniques.
  • An extremely fast technique, and quite easy to conduct as well. Not much too it actually.
Weak points

  • The range. It is as small as it can be. With short range there isn't much you can do.
  • Low rank. The rank of the technique isn't that big to actually be a technique which you will use more often.
Combinations-strategies The shark can be as you said, infused with lightning to create more damage. Infusing it with mud, well I don't know how good of an idea that would be. The water would become heavier, more difficult to manipulate due to the added water. With wind, it can be pushed to race faster and deal even more damage. You can always use genjutsu to distract the opponent while you do the technique.

Ways to counter: The best and safest way to counter this technique is using a D-ranked Earth technique to destroy it. It's the least costly way and the fastest. You can also use a B-ranked fire which is rather costly on your chakra. You can use a C-ranked wind technique since water and wind are neutral in order to destroy it. Lightning can destroy, one technique of the same rank can do it I believe but you stick to the three I mentioned earlier.

Questions: Yes you can infuse it with lightning, but it all depends on the technique you use to infuse it with. A fast technique can do it. You can firstly electrocute the water source and then create the shark, you'll have the same effect. And yes, you can make a taijutsu move while doing elemental ninjutsu, so yes.

(Suiton: Suiben) - Water Release: Water whip
Rank: C
Type: Offensive, supplementary
Range: Short - Mid
Chakra cost: 15
Damage points: 30
Description: After the user performs a series of 3 hand seals Rat → Dog → Ox, the user creates a whip of water that can be used to strike the opponent with a lashing action or wrap around the target to bind them. This technique can also have lightning techniques channeled through when they have bound their victim with the water whip.

Alright, same drill. I won't explain anything, you can read and understand it. Once you do the template to the technique I do it as well to fill up what you might have left out. That way we both learn a little more.

Strong points
♦ Restraint; Good jutsu to trap your opponents because of the pressure of the water used to hold them once caught
♦ Range; I love that it is short-mid which allows you to keep a distance if needed
♦ Infusion; once your enemy is restrained a lightning tech can paralyze your enemy, leaving room for another attack

Weak Points
♦ Timing; due to the amount of handseals it takes some preparation to get it going and ready
♦ Elemental weakness; the enemy could exploit the weakness of the whip while constrained and electrify the whip which travels to you and can paralyze you instead
♦ Can be blocked using a wall jutsu like earth or wind or if the opponent uses his reflexes to dodge/avoid it

Combinations/Strategies: Like the description says, you can infuse the whip with lightning if timed right. You can constrain the enemy and send a jolt of lightning (depends on the jutsu) to paralyze your enemy which will give you an opening for another attack. I would like to try this once with a genjutsu and go in for the kill since your opponent can't really move (assuming everything falls into place).

Ways to Counter: If you have good reflexes you can use a blocking technique. But from what you have been mentioning about water techniques, about you having to keep infusing to maintain it, then if you can throw something at your enemy to divert his attention he won't be able to focus on the whip. I was thinking you use a small fireball for short range and if in mid you could try a wind technique to knock back your opponent. The jutsu itself takes some preparation so that in itself gives you a small window of opportunity to try but of course it all depends on your reflexes. But lets say you are already trapped in it. Lightning would be out of the question because you will end up harming yourself at the same time. Maybe a technique that you could shoot out of your mouth to which requires no handseals to occupy your enemy and force him to release the jutsu.

Perform it: Shin looks intently at Cobalt ready to try the technique on him, hoping at the same time it wasn't a clone. He performs the handseals required and channels his chakra to his right hand. He manipulates it to take on the property of water and focuses on making it dense so that it will constrain well. He pulls his hand back and in a cowboy-like-fashion, he lassoes the whip in the air and lunges it forward to constrain the seemingly clueless sensei. Shin now focuses on the whip making it tie around him and begins to make it constrict the man.

"I have you now Coby! I dare you to escape. Ha ha ha!"

Good job. Sorry for the wait for my response. You covered everything in the previous template, good job.

(Suiton: Mizuame Nababara) - Water Style: Starch Syrup Capture Field
Rank: C
Range: Short/Long
Chakra Cost: 15
Damage Points: N/A
Description: The user After performing the required hand seals Ram → Tiger spits out high-viscosity, chakra infused water, aimed at a surface of wide scope. This is a stream of sticky liquid which can be used to form an adhesive trap that can inhibit a person's mobility. One can effectively reduce their enemy's area of activity with this technique, and has the effect of being able to take complete control over the battlefield. The normal scope of this technique is normally just a few metres, but if prepared, it is also possible to make an entire pond of starch syrup. Being caught in the technique can be avoided by channelling chakra to one's feet allowing one to walk upon it uninhibited, beforehand.

(Mizu Bunshin) - Water Release: Water Clone
Rank: C
Range: Short
Type: Supplementary
Chakra Cost: 15
Damage Points: N/A
Description: After performing the Tiger hand seal the user creates a clone of themselves made of water. These water clones have 1/10th of the users chakra. These clones are also limited in that they can only travel short range from the user without losing control. When a water clone take enough damage they revert back to normal water.
Note: Can only perform up to C rank Water techniques and requires a water source.

(Suiton: Suigandan) - Water Release: Water Fang Bullet
Rank: C
Range: Short
Type: Offense
Chakra Cost: 15
Damage Points: 30
Description: A technique that deals physical damage to the enemy with a liquid mass brought forth from underwater. Its power to kill and maim is augmented by adding a spinning motion to the compactly pressured water. During fights on water, taking advantage of its characteristic ability to attack from anywhere in a 360 degrees radius, in conjunction with other techniques for distraction, confusion and so forth, this technique has an extensive array of applications.
Note: Requires a water source.

Do the template for all three.

Strong points: I like that this is able to be used up to long range and that it is sticky enough to capture/slow the enemy upon successful contact. I wonder though how much effect lightning would have and if the user would be affected even if he had channeled chakra to his feet? Is this technique limited to the mouth or is it possible to use your hands? I see that it is a stream so instead of aiming at the ground, could this be used on your enemy to cover him in this syrup?

Weak Points: Besides the handseals, I think that it takes a little time to surround the whole field so your attention is probably focused on that while it is being done which could leave you vulnerable to attack however from its description, you don't have to go all the way to long range. This can be used in mid-range which is neat.

Combinations/Strategies: If you can't use lightning on this then I wonder if using wind to harden the syrup would make it more dangerous? Though I would suggest one would wait till the enemy is caught in it to harden it. Also I wonder since the syrupy water can be controlled as a water source and be used for other water jutsu? I was wondering if one is caught in it and using moving earth core once you notice your enemy is caught in it. Then if clones are summoned, as the moving core is rising, have the other clone descend from the air with a Rasengan or Big Ball Rasengan which would result the enemy to be crushed by the two jutsus.

Ways to Counter: Would it help if you channeled chakra to your feet beforehand, would it cancel out the effects be cancelled or would it not work and you would still be caught? Moving yourself off the ground would be ideal but you can't stay in the air for long. Maybe making a trench or hole in the ground would draw the water into it and rid the field of the syrup? If the opponent is on it even with chakra-infused feet, if you could slightly raise yourself above ground and using a lightning jutsu to charge the water would he affected by it since he is standing on top of it?

Perform it: Shin channels his chakra to his mouth and performs the Ram → Tiger handsigns. As the handsigns are done, Shin's chakra is molded and then he proceeds with spitting out water he infused with his chakra to make it adhesive. He spits it in a stream and concentrates it all over the field as it begins to fill the field. By increasing the flow of chakra to the technique and molding it into syrupy water, Shin is able to fill the entire field until it is all over the place.

Note: Can only perform up to C rank Water techniques and requires a water source.
Strong points: Good for short range fights, less chakra to waste than shadow clones, and they revert to water if you want which I assume can be used as a water source. If you time them right you might just be able to gang up on your enemy or at least confuse him.

Weak Points: Only 1/10th of my chakra and can only use water jutsu up to C Rank you say? -.- Why even bother using it then. Not to mention they can only stay in short range. The only way this would work is if you were attacking in short range so it might work if you don't know the shadow clone technique and this wastes less chakra. Any doujutsu user can see that this is a fake in our rp and considering there is a high ratio of Uchihas on NB, why even bother lol.

Combinations/Strategies: Can't think of other than the generic combo of water and earth to make mud, water and lightning, and fire and water to make steam. The C-Ranks limits you but I am sure there are better options.

Ways to Counter: Step into mid range Lol I was thinking of using earth to make them into mud then follow up with a fire jutsu to make them into clay but why waste the effort. It's better to take out the leader than the clones but depends how many there are. If there are about 2-3 then maybe I would think about knocking some of them out together. Fire and wind might work to take em out but it will take about two turns since they are 1/10th of chakra. Hrmm...how about crushing them between two slabs of rock. Should get rid of them if not absorb them into the water since they are made of water.

Perform it: Shin begins to channel his chakra and makes a tiger handsign to mold that chakra. The molded chakra then is released into water next to him and slowly begins to rise and take shape. Upon its completion the clone takes on the form of Shin and is ready to be used.

(Suiton: Suigandan) - Water Release: Water Fang Bullet
Rank: C
Range: Short

Note: Requires a water source.
Strong points: Its range, versatility, and spinning power make it quite formidable in battle. I don't really know much more than that.

Weak Points: You need a water source which means if you aren't on water to draw the technique from then you are out of luck. I wonder how that would apply to Tobirama Senju and Mei Terumi bios. You have to be within close quarters of the enemy to be able to use this so may not be a good choice for people who generally don't like being up close.

Combinations/Strategies: This looks like a delicious technique to use in a pincer attack. As you draw close to your enemy with a jutsu you have the water fang bullet to attack from behind but wonder if the time frame would allow.

Ways to Counter: I think it was Kisame who used a water wall to block the attack (or was it Itachi?). One could also move into mid range.

Perform it: Shin begins to channel his chakra and molds it. He then releases it downward into the water he is standing on. The chakra draws water and pulls it with great force to the surface. As the water rises out it then begins to spin and bends in the direction of the opponent. The spiralling water, which now looks like a fang, heads toward the targets chest and crashes on him.

J1: How would wind harden the syrup? You cannot use it from your hands, only your mouth, and yes you can shoot it at the opponent. It's not fast due to it's density which makes it heavier. If there is enough of it on the field it can be used as a source but it will be slower due to the higher density which makes it heavier. It can still conduct lightning, it's still water only stickier. You would still be get caught in it. The best way to counter it is to use water to dilute the syrup and remove it's stickiness, or make a trench or something as you said. The lightning would affect him still. He is not on top of it, he is standing in it still but only not affected by it. While on the ground and channeling chakra to your feet, does it make you float a little above the ground? No. It decreases/increases friction making you go faster, attaches/detaches you from the ground etc. You are still touching it. I hope I'm clear.

J2: Pretty much that. It has it's worth though in fights. You can always use it to divert the opponent, and in short range fights it's faster than the normal tech. You can make them turn into water and use them as a source for example.

J3:Good job, nothing else to add really that comes to my mind.

Good job.

Suiton: Kirigakure Shiryoku Hakudatsu) - Water Release: Hidden Mist Eye Sight Deprevation
Rank: C
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 15(-3 each turn to keep it active)
Damage Points: N/A
Description: Using the hidden mist jutsu the user reflects the natural light an a way that it blinds there opponent temporarily as long as the opponent is in the mist.
Note: Must have already used hidden mist jutsu

After using hidden mist, you will manipulate the light within the mist as well as the mist itself to reflect the natural light in a way that blinds the opponent as long as he is in the mist. It can easily be countered by a wind technique but if you are quick enough you can prevent the opponent from doing that.

Strong points: I like that this jutsu takes advantage of Kirigakure no Jutsu and blinds your opponent. So from that I assume that you remain concealed, bar exceptions, and can pretty much go in for the kill after that if you time it right. I wonder though why you must keep infusing chakra into the technique to keep the jutsu going. Does that mean that if you keep it active the jutsu will keep blinding the opponent?

Weak Points: Well in order for this jutsu to work you should have already had the Kirigakure no Jutsu active otherwise it won't work. Not to mention, if that jutsu gets blown away like you said this jutsu is disabled. Unlike the Kirigakure no Jutsu, this one only works up to the user's mid-range.

Combinations/Strategies: Oh I found if you use (Muon Satsujin Jutsu) - Silent Homicide Technique, you can easily kill your enemy but like with every jutsu you have to time it right. Start off with Hiding in Mist Technique, then the Hidden Mist Eye Sight Deprivation Technique, then follow up with the Silent Homicide technique and BAM. Of course you have to take into account the prowess of your opponent and not everyone will fall for that trick. But a good combo nonetheless.

Ways to Counter: The oh so obvious wind technique to blow away the mist and cancel this technique? I wonder, can you use the created mist to your advantage as well and do this technique before they do? Or can it only be done by the party that made it? I also was thinking if you could use the Rain Tiger at Will Technique to find the enemy in the mist?

Perform it: After performing the Hiding in Mist Technique, closes his eyes and takes a deep breath. He then concentrates his chakra and releases it into the mist to manipulate it. He channels all the light that is reflected in the mist droplets and aims it toward the enemy within the mist. The concentrated, reflected light then shines bright. Shin waits in the distance to see if the enemy became blinded or not.
