VM Akiza she is a sword specialist and she knows water element so she's your best deal. Other than that try vming others since she wont be back till monday I believe. Not sure.

Oh yeah I forgot to actually mention that you don't get actual jutsus from learning swordsmanship. All your sword special attacks, jutsus, are to be custom if you use a sword that is. I took training from akiza and she taught me swordsmanship in being able to fight with a sword, not jutsus. Though they arn't real jutsus you can use techniques she can teach you in realistic ways in this fantasy rp system.
