名前 Name Suishinshi Masahide
通称 Nickname Sui-tan (by Minamoto Kiyomaru) Suishi-chan (by Taikei Noatane)
年齢 Age 18
性別 Gender Male
部族 Clan Voidseer
人格 Personality
Growing up, Suishinshi was a lively person alongside his two childhood friends; Minamoto and Taikei. They were always together, training and getting into trouble with the elders in the small remote village they lived in. During their young adolescence though, Taikei fell ill and the two remaining friends went on a journey to get stronger and to find a cure. While he lost a bit of his positivity he still held onto hope they would succeed. However he would become stoic upon witnessing the death of Minamoto, returning home to put him to rest, he found his village had succumbed to an unknown illness, taking the frail Taikei along with the rest of the village members.
He travels now, seeking strength and wisdom, in the hopes that one day the three will be reunited once more and they can journey together like they had planned.

外観 Appearance
Suishinshi is a young man with a slender build, pale skin, and striking green eyes. His hair is a dark black, and falls in a somewhat unkempt style. He wears a formal, military-inspired uniform that can be seen in two variations. The first is a long, dark grey or black overcoat, similar to a cape, which features a prominent standing collar that partially conceals his face. The coat is lined with a vibrant purple material, visible along the edges and on the inside of the collar. It is adorned with white piping along the seams and has a small silver chain detail. On his right shoulder, he wears an ornate, dark shoulder guard with silver accents. He completes this look with a matching peaked cap and high, buckled boots.
Beneath the overcoat, he wears a more streamlined version of his uniform. This consists of a dark, form-fitting jacket with white piping that matches the overcoat, worn over a white dress shirt with a ruffled front. The trousers are a matching dark color with a series of crisscrossing belts and buckles. His high boots and gloves are also dark, completing the sleek look. In this combat-ready state, his appearance is sharp and functional, revealing the full extent of his formal attire without the added layers of the cape and cap.

"I won't bore you with an expansive detailing of my history. It's pretty much a classic story. We were born in a remote village. We grew up as family, we trained together, got in trouble together. Then Taikei got sick and Miyamoto and I went off to find a cure. Miyamoto died protecting me a year after we left and when I returned to bury him, I found Taikei and our village had died from some kind of illness.
I will find a way to return them to me, even if I have to bend the laws of nature to do so."

☯︎ Hashirama Cell Since it’s discovery, the Hashirama Cell has been cultivated and honed, allowing those with them to have their skills enhanced better than before. This allows those with Wood on Yamato’s level to gain access to pollen based Wood jutsu and the Kanzeon Lotus King technique. Should Hashirama have this Specialty, it will increase his ability to use Wood even more, doubling the amounts of Bijuu chakra he can drain. Note: Counts as Default Bio Fighting Style
☯︎ Peak Elementalist (Earth) The user’s Elemental prowess is considered elite, amongst the best of the others. This causes one of his base elemental releases to gain elemental neutrality to all other base elements, including its weakness, while maintaining its strength. Note: Requires at least 5 in Mind.
☯︎ Chakra Fortification (Shinkaigan) The user can add an additional effective 10 Chakra or Siris to an element or skill they specialize in, though not at any increased cost or strain to the user. This simply allows their techniques to have 10 more chakra infused into them. Does not require another Specialty to utilize.
☯︎ Advanced Tracking Specialist Your tracking capabilities become more advanced, allowing you to have x2 tracking speeds. This allows him to physically track faster movement without chakra sensory. Note: Requires at least 4 in DEX.
☯︎ Apex Handseal Specialist (Wood) You can perform techniques of a skill specialized in without the usage of hand seals, though you must still perform complementary and logical body movements related to the technique. This applies even if said jutsu does not have specific movements detailed in its description. Does not require another Specialty to utilize. Note: Requires at least 5 in Mind
☯︎ Uchū Shinkaigan Mastery (Temporal Pathway) To be unlocked.

Type: Supply
Rank: S
Range: Short
Chakra: N/A
Damage: +20 to Taijutsu and Ninjutsu
Description: Soldier Pills are special pills designed to boost the user’s physical strength and durability, allowing one to gain momentary heightened physical prowess in battle. These pills grant the user 20 damage shaving as well as a momentary boost in speed and damage of 2 base speed levels and +20 damage to Body Arts. However, these pills are not without issue, causing drawbacks after the pills' effects wear off. It is also possible to overdose on these pills, gaining higher gains at more damaging results to the body.
When taken, these pills allow the user to augment their physical forms in mounting forms while causing compounding damage to their bodies. These effects lasts shorter times than the other pills duration due to their heightened gains, lasting only 3 turns but reduces their overall health cap by 20 which cannot be raised higher. As mentioned above, the user is capable of overdosing with these pills, taking up to 3 at a time. Each subsequent pill taken allows him to gain a bonus 20 damage to his body arts and a bonus 10 damage to his Ninjutsu. This also adds 1 additional base speed per pill. However, these effects cause increasingly damaging effects on the target. Consuming two pills causes a reduction of max health by 15% or 30, whichever is higher and reduces base speed by 2 levels, weakening their physical skills by 15 damage as well. Consuming 3 pills causes a max health reduction of 25% or 50 health, whichever is higher and reduces base speed by 3 levels, weakening their physical skills by 25 damage as well.
Note: Counts as a Supply

( Katai Omori ) - Leg Weights
Type: Weapon/Supplementary
Rank: A
Range: Short
Chakra: 30
Damage: N/A (+20 to Kicks, 2x Running Speed)
Description: The Leg Weights used for Special Taijutsu Training with Added Weights are made through the application of a sealing formula to ordinary leg weights. The sealing formula is used to, through the use of chakra, increase the weight of the leg weights to the desired level. The seal can't be applied to anything other than the leg weights and its use is restricted to its original purpose. One can remove the leg weights but the sealing technique in them stays active indefinitely and can't be released. Additionally, the Leg Weights and their unique seal calibration makes them only usable by the ninja to whom they belong. They can't be sealed or stolen.
(Katai Omori: Doroppu) Leg Weights: Drop
Type: Supplementary
Rank: A
Range: Short
Chakra: N/A
Damage: N/A
Description: The user stops, bends over to reach his legs and unstraps his leg weights, dropping them to the ground. As a result the user gains a varying boost to his running speed and to all his Strong Fist Kick-related moves. However, this boost in strength and speed is completely nullified when releasing the EIG or when using any kind of movement speed enhancement technique or weight manipulation technique; they don't add up on each other.
Note: This can be used for either canon Leg Weights technique.
