Lee cant do any of those you speculated. Lee still has chakra and samehada will suck him dry leaving him out of stamina. Suigetsu tanked TBB point black its wont be hirudora to take him down.

Sakura cant lay a finger with chakra on suigetsu samehada will absorb that before it will touch him, then sucked dry of stamina she will die like fodder.

Katsuyu and Sakura are both slow as hell . SO the surprise factor won't work here .
And samehada absorbs the acid coz it still falls under the category of ninjutsu

Samehada generally likes it's see buddies kisame suigetsu and previous owner are all fish and hachibi is another sea friend of his

Super punch depends on chakra release which samehada absorbs like it did with raiton pencil. Katsuyu can be dealt wit Demon Fish technique suigetsu pushed back hachibi, water also dilutes acid thus counters it.

He doesn't need to block with samehada. She punches him in the gut and she's as good as dead. He doesn't need samehada, that will be overkill.

Don't get me wrong, I like Sakura and I feels she's underestimated as well but Suigetsu is just one of the worst possible opponents for her.

Kisame was already powerful himself, Suigetsa is a chakra blade that absorbs chakra, so ofc he could fight jinchuriki. Suigetsu is not that strong, and samehada won't even like him.
