She most likely can't block it by taking a swing to any of her body parts no, because it would obviously cut her, But she can stop it mid swing, Kind of like how hashirama stopped Madara's Perfect susanoo's swing

Due to her immense strength she could most likely quite easily stop the swing and just snap the sword like a tooth pick there and then.

Cant see the scan ate but i know you wouldnt lie. It is possible suigetsu can use suiton style to his advantage as distractions or enhancements in the sense to say jutsu like water dragon can aid him in his attack

Suigetsu has this. He is immune to all of Tsunade's attacks, and even if she figures out his weakness, which I doubt, the only techniqe that can hurt him generates too little electricity to do anything. Saying she can attack his nervous system is saying she can attack his heart, and neither will happen when he is in liquid form. He'll be slightly stunned for a short while. No nerve thing is happening. He could also use the drowning water blob he used against Juugo, and she'll drown. I doubt regeneration will save her from that, and the lack of oxygen going to her brain(which can't regenerate, unless it can in this series) will kill her. Even if it doesn't, Byakugo has to run out eventually.

you pretty much said everything that I was going to say. Additionally, the battle takes place in Amegakure; worst case scenario, Suigetsu can take cover in a large body of water to regenerate his chakra.

Suigetsu is a Hozuki, and can manipulate parts of his body to vastly increase his strength to suit the situation. In that picture you provided Zabuza wasn't even able to push Kakashi into the water where as Suigetsu slammed the exact same sword on Killer Bee (who is physically stronger than Kakashi per databook stats) pushing him downward, and completely destroying the ground beneath him.

EvenSannin have weaknesses. Fact of the matter is that Suigetsu and Tsunade both have full knowledge of each other, Suigetsu can keep Tsunade at bay with his increased range, product of his blade.

Here we can see him intercepting Bee to save Sasuke's life. In the panel beforehand we know Suigetsu was at least 10/15m away. he closed that distance in an INSTANT as bee was swinging his sword.

here we can see suigetsu is again, pretty far away from sasuke as darui and A are about to hit him while juugo was closer.

but still suigetsu intercepts A at the same speed as juugo intercepted darui. later he manages to duel evenly with darui whos a kage level master of raiton, suigetsus only weakness so I have no doubt the fight would have taken forever if darui wasnt suigetsus natural enemy.

But to be honest this is all about how fast Tsunade realizes that she can't kill him no matter what she does.

If she realizes it early she can outlast him, by staying away from him. However if she use a lot of her chakra before then, then she might lose this one.
