hmm tough is suigetsu affected by poison in his liquid form but id have to say suigetsu considering most of kankuros attacks involve using black ant's iron maiden feature and suigetsu can just seep out

Kankuro would win, he has good long range attacks and arsenal of deadly weapons and poison in his puppets, also even if suigetsu were to slash them with his sword, that doesnt stop kankuro from using the broken parts of the puppets as a weapon
