This is basically a round 2 of what happened between them in the manga.
In this fight,
Jugo is transformed with his final form.
Suigetsu is using Demon Fish.
Location: the desert, but Suigetsu is still using Demon Fish - this location was chosen to make the battle fair for Jugo, so if Suigetsu loses his water armor, he won't be able to recover it.
Distance: 250 Feet (so Suigetsu doesn't instantly drown Jugo).
Jugo got owned by Ay while transformed, and Suigetsu got owned by Bee while also transformed, so these 2 are very similar in power.
