She outlasts him. He is not killing her. She spreads his water particles across the battlefield where it takes a long time and large amount of chakra to come together. Keeps hitting him before he comes together, depletes his reserve to nothing.

Outlasting him is a joke, he kills her quickly. Decapitated via sword, headshotted by water gun, or drowned, take your pick. He doesn't need to completely re-form to attack

] Look at the height of the hill she reaches, not only did she get there quickly she reacted to acid flooding and immediately looked to high ground. Not to mention her carrying the dead weight with her. She reacts to a chakra arm and outruns it for a little, something stated to be fast by RM Naruto. You are funny if you think she cant dodge his sword or water gun.

Suigestu has only drowned a crazy not thinking straight Jugo, Sakura easily counters this by moving the water [

Outlasting is not a joke, his chakra reserve is no where near Sakura's. His hydration technique uses chakra so everytime he liquefies, he is using chakra. She outlasts him quite easily.
