I think Asuma would win this. He can keep up with Suigetsu's kenjutsu with his kunai knuckle things. And channeling his wind chakra he can upgrade his range and what not. Only thing that could pose a problem would be his water techs but I think he can handle that with his wind jutsu and his fire/ash combos.
