How does he stop at asuma? How does asuma even land a hit on him when all suigestu has to do is turn his body into water, asuma get's wrecked imo.

Asuma can use fire right? I think his fire could evaporate parts of Suigetsu if he liquefied.

I Doubt he would simply reform without injury.

Suigetsu may be able to turn to water but that water can be damaged by fire (if hot enough) and any damage his water form takes will reflect on his human form.

Edit: Just noticed the lake part, Then he might be able to take asuma.

He has to spread his ash first, I see no reason why suigestu can simply get out of the range of the ash cloud reducing the damage.

I just noticed the location as well.. Add in the lake and he rapes asuma neg diff, no debate there. Without it he still probably wins. But I will admit asuma's burning ash would be a problem.

Kitsuchi might beat him due to elemental advantage, Darui beats him, 4th kazekage beats him the rest loses. Neji would win if he can block chakra points or inflict non-physical damage.

Lee should open 6th gate ASAP so he would be able to beat this puddle

Sure, its a possibiity, overwhelm and trap him. But it would be very difficult due to Hidan's agility, not very likely imo.
