Wind has no elemental advantage over water, so as long as the activate their hydro technique before they are hit with RS, they will survive.

It attacks at a molecular level. It may not destroy their body but they would no longer be able to use ninjutsu as it kills nerve endings. Interesting thought but for them to do anything in that state there must be chakra therefore they would survive but their couldn't use ninjutsu.. Maybe not even be able to solidify again.

But their chakra system has to be there. It attacks anything on the molecular level.. any chakra in that area is gone. Pain's path was completely desintegrated

Well we would need more info to see them at a molecular level.. Because does it require chakra to do this? Or. Either way. When it expands it would push the water in all different directions so unless surrounded by water he would have to gather the water to re solidify am i wrong?

Not that much...rasenshuriken is developed from rasengan which is based on TBB by Minato's observation on the bijuu dama.

No, thats how it is formed is similar, when the wind element was added the similarities dissapeared. The RS doesnt destroy the body, it destroys the inside of the body, TBB is just a huge chakra blast.

Well the similarity is still the exact same because their is a rasengan inside of the shuriken. It is a TBB with less chakra and an affinity so abundant not even the sharingan can read the amount of mini slices. So it is still the same kinda move just not as much chakra

But the TBB doesnt have mini chakra needles? the original rasengan resembles the TBB more than the RS
