She's totally wrong with the science, since the water will be falling down by the force of gravity's long as suigetsu liquifies everything above the punch and the lowest point of contact she would be punching a waterfall therefore no force would transfer to him at all really lol as long as there's nothing to hit the water against or holding it up she's hitting freefaalling water which gives no resistance to the punch therefore reducing all force
