And since Suigetsu's liquefaction is most probably dependent on chakra of the user himself (unless someone is willing to claim he loses all trace of chakra whilst liquefied in that specific body part?) Water prison has already been destroyed by Neji via Juken, Suigetsu's liquefied body won't be any different.

Neji can simply use Juken to demolish Suigetsu. It's already been stated that by inserting chakra into another chakra he destroys the attack. Suigetsu's body being capable of liquefaction (which still contains chakra) wouldn't change much since it's still being destroyed.
