neither can hurt the other. suigetsus blade and water bubble IMO arent defeating him because 1. hidan doesnt need to breath 2. he can dodge suigetsus attacks/slashes till suigetsu tires himself out.
this isnt going to be suigetsu standing there as hidan tries to draw blood. hidan's cocky personality will make suigetsu too angry to play defensive. both are cocky retards and the fight will happen as such.

In reality with Suigetsus abilities he could be one of the most over power people in the series.
Just looking at what he could do. He can turn into water and use water.

With Hidan and Suigetsus fighting.

Hidan could proable get the water out of tree and use them his attacks or water out of plants.

He could probable use people blood because the body is made mostly out of 50-65 percent of water.

What does Hidan sword do to him if he turns into water. It pierces nothing. If he takes blood what stops him form turn into water each times he stabs in his curse circle nothing. Having no effect.

When it comes to sword play and the stuff I mention. I can see Suigetsu beating him. One because he knows to much about swords and was able to wield different ones and also we seen his sword skills.

It could be an easy stomp for Suigetsu. But that is only as long as his waterform doesn't count as his DNA. If it does and hidan takes a lick at it, I think it would be very one sided the other way around instead. We don't really know ebough about either ones abilitys to accurately predict an outcome. It could work like either of these cases imo.

A:Water sin't compatible for Hidan's ability. Suigetsu wins.

B:Water is compatible but everytime Hidan hurts himself his stick pierces water on Suigetsu. Suigetsu wins.

C:Water is compatible and Hidan's ability does the same damage to Suigetsu's cellular structure as is applied to his own. That would mean that Suigetsu still takes damage, water or not. Hidan wins.

To me A feels unlikely and it would be either B or C.
