Kisame wins but not easily due to he fact suigetsu can turn himself to water. So physical attacks wont work. Both water user's would be an interesting fight buy kismae wins at the end of the day.

Maybe suigetso can able to turn into water but still Samehada able to absorb his chakra. Samehada is most dangereous one of 7 blades and his wielder is expert to use his power. There is a reason why people call him a tailed beast without a tail.

Kisame obviously, Suigetsu water abilities will be annoying but still Kisame is a water technique expert and has chakra compared to a tailed beast

Kisame will win but Suigetsu will put up a good fight.

Kisame's water techniques are stronger, but Suigetsu can utilize water better than Kisame. Kisame's sharks, or his water dome would only feed Suigetsu.

I'd love to see this fight all the way through. Too bad Kisame's dead

Yea, kisame would probably win. Kisame might have the chakra of a tailed beast, but I'd love to see him go up against the huge thing Suigetsu made himself into while fighting bee...Bad ass.
