sasuke is obviously not threatened, which means 1 of 2 things.
1. he knew suigetsu wouldnt shoot
2. He wasnt scared of him even if he did try something
besides, suigetsu has never used that technique, so until he uses it, then he doesnt have it

true but you can say the same thing with itachi. itachi had many chances to kill naruto but he didnt have a reason to do it just like suigetsu didnt have a reason to kill sasuke

i basically asking
if suigetsu wanted to right then and there, would he have killed him
and does anyone think sasuke was even aware suigetsu could use a technique like that (if he could, we still dont know if suigetsu can)

suigetsu has never actually used the mizukage's technique. we cant just assume he can since he put his hand up to sasuke's head like that
