Suigetsu and juugo vs leaf ninjas?

i was thinking in individual fights who do you think could beat them or who would you put them over(chunins and neji)? its strange because i could see them beating everyone but also losing to everyone(except ino and hinata). Like butterlfy choji, i could see jugo tanking a hit but then again i cant lol how would you rank them?(no naruto, sasuke, and jonin like kakashi and guy)
