If Kakuzu hardens his body neither of them have any lightning style to counter it. Also if they could push kakuzu to have to use his hearts he has the elemental counter to defeat suigetsus water body, and choji is canononically not a threat to kakuzu. I give the fight to kakuzu mid diff, because as soon as he figures out suigetsus gimmick it will most likely be lights out.
