I've changed my mind. Although I never thought of it as being irrelevant as I figured if anyone took the time to read it that they would realize that he was muslim. I suppose in this instance it would be needed to include that he was muslim in the title to spread awareness.

Like I said before it reminded me of the titles where they used race as a sign that "insert religion or race here" aren't all bad. My rational was that anyone that didn't have a potato as a brain would understand that and not irrationally hate.

I guess I was ignorant/naive to how hated muslims were if they're burning mosques in Canada.
