i think A's dad is in the top 10 strongest shinobi!!why?
because:
-his skin is hard and when he used chidori on himself that's how he got that scar
-his 1 finger chidori nearly killed naruto

yup...he's powerful no doubt, he's fast, physically strong with a resistant body....huge chakra and stamina......he can defeat ninjas who are even placed above him in rankings.....but the fact is that raw power or speed isn't everything that a ninja requires to be strong....
