Okay, well my suggestion would be to have this way to connect to aim messenger/ Meebo sort of thing on narutobase, so you can talk to your buddies that you added, and, its sort of only a thing just for like added buddies. Can't explain well *Puts on fake smile and pushes hand through hair*, but a way to instant message, other than private message, on narutobase. Might want to contact Aim and see, who knows, maybe they'd think its a way of promoting there dead thing>.>

No there is no direct chatting on NB, but as previous post states: you can add your msn address and so on in your profile and you can add other people who also do it. You can see if a person has their address added furthest down under their avatars in their posts. Or you can do it the old fashion way, ask them for it.

But if you you are suggesting NBs own chat/im system then the answer is no
It's been asked many times and with as many people as there are on NB it would be impossible to search the forums as the chat would slow everything down.
