The suggestion is simply that if a sensei or a mod is inactive for more then a month then they should step down from their position unless they state before-hand why they´re gonna be inactive if they will.
Perhaps a one month vacation or maybe something else but i think that if a mod or a sensei haven´t been logged on for more then a month then they should be replaced and relieved of their duties as it is obvious they won´t return or aren´t interested anymore and nb would do alot better if they were replaced by someone who will be active and help the members with what they need.

Maybe, but they normally always state their reasons to atleast everyone or to the staff. Also, you can't help like if a natual disaster/power outage happens. I think it's more likely that'd happen compared to them not being interested.

However, I do get what you mean. It can be somewhat annoying for waiting for a mod to approve something or for a reply or something, you know? But no matter what, they have a personal life too and that matters more. NB is getting packed and they do have new mods/senseis (Some in progress of becoming), so changes are coming. Until then, we just have to be patient, I guess.

You are saying this because you want to be a sensei, and also mods have contacts on msn, you sometimes never know if they state or not

The issue with senseis is up to the RP Mods. The question with the mods is up to the Admins. This means its not up to you to judge others activity or inactivity based on assumptions. Many facts that you are ignorant of are taken into account by the Staff in both those situations and its not for the members to question that as it doesn't affect you. Having 50 sensei with only 10 active is the same as having 10 active, so why does it matter really? Someone isn't desenseied on a whim and its not up to you (members) to decide upon it. Also, you don't need to "desensei" or "demod" someone to get a new sensei or mod.

They have a personal life but then again, so does everyone on nb and that´s no excuse, if they´re inactive for more then a month then surely they have things going for them in their personal life or they simply decided "screw nb."

Whatever the case, the members shouldn´t suffer because of this and we should make it so that if that mod returns then they can state their reasons for being gone for such a long time to the staff members and take a test or something to become mod or a sensei(whatever their situation is) and everything is back to normal but as i said, their absence shouldn´t impact the members of nb from doing what they need help with or wait forever for someone who supposedly "had a natural disaster/power outage".
We can make that excuse for everyone but they get a chance to regain their position if they return.

This is my suggestion.

This isn't a suggestion...its a complaint. And a lame one at that. In the sensei list only 2 senseis are currently inactive for over a month. But its not up to you to decide if their reasons are valid or not to be inactive. I fail to understand how they beeing inactive is such a big deal and affects you so much when the RP had never had so many senseis and senpais as it has now. I mean, because 2 are currently inactive you somehow get affected? how? why? Does having a sensei inactive mean you can't have other people becoming senseis? You od know it doesn't work like that don't you?

As for the mods, that is none of your concern so please refrain from even considering such issues.

Excuse me but this is the question and suggestion section in which i´m allowed to post my suggestions.
I never said it was up to me to decide and i wasn´t complaining so if you don´t have anything to say about my suggestion then please leave it to someone else.

Lol. If this was a suggestion, it would be left to someone else. However, its a complain that makes no sense whatsoever.
