Suggestion: Volunteers

Believe it or not I was going to suggest this earlier in the day but decide againist it for a few reasons one being that the Mini- Mod would absuse such powers and what not mods are mods for a reasons seen by the Administrators just because there's a lot of spam doesn't mean that we should give powers to those who haven't proven themselves also it wouldn't work because there would be too many complaints about the Mini mods from everyone even thoe its a nice idea it would work in the long run

There is no need for 'volunteers' as this is exactly what moderators are. You claim there are threads only in konoha town - this is not true. Every single section and subsection has potential 'problematic' threads. The mods are not able to check every single post in every single thread in every single section, every single hour. It is impossible. So this is where you members have to help us. If you see something wrong- report it! That way our attention is brought to it and we can act quickly and efficiently on it.
