suggestion: troll day

there seems to be a lot of troll today (i guess this is one too) about people doing sharingan during fights and cutting lightning in half, then drinking tea with kakashi. so how about we have a day every two months here on NB where trolls are allowed to post BS threads and not worry about it being closed or infracted(unless its like seriously worht infractions)
