He was talking about the Rennigan eyes in your sig, since assumed the other guy thinks he's flawless just because there was a gif of an anime character that thinks he's flawless, he used that as an argument and asked you if you think you have Rennigan eyes just because you have them in your sig

You can use your or you're. Your is a possessive word but you're is a contraction for you are.
