Suggestion: Official Memes Forum?

I'm a huge fan of memes, rage comics, etc. Being here for a while, I've come across a number of good ones relating to Naruto, and I thought it would be nice to group them all together for members' enjoyment. What I'm proposing is that we create a sub forum of either the chatterbox forum or maybe even fan arts where members can share Naruto memes they've found online as well as their own creations.

Example:

Memes are fun and I find nothing wrong in Naruto memes/comics ect... on a Naruto forum but it doesn't require a sub-section for it.

You can make a thread for it exclusively if you wish. If it becomes really popular, maybe someone will sticky it for you. Otherwise, it'll be a temporary fun. You can also make an SG.

But the need of a Sub-forum for Memes is irrelevant.

Not a bad idea. Might be fun, but a whole forum might be a bit overkill.

I doubt it will happen, it doesn't really seem like a section that would be so active, thus the need for it isn't that big.
Like someone said above, the best you can do is make a thread in the right section (chatterbox i think) and ask o mod to make it a sticky, that is if it gets popular enough, or if the mods think it deserves it.
