[Suggestion] New Contest Collage of the Month

[Korra.]

So I was just thinking and I came up with a fun and cool new contest its the Collage of the Month. Like everybody know a collage is a giant picture thats made out of smaller pictures so I thought it would be a interesting contest to have on here. This contest would have a different theme every month and there would be voting. The collages could either be made by hand or by GFX so we can see how creative people are
The rules for it would be
-Collage must be GFX or Drawn by you
-Copying any collages result in auto DQ
-The first 8-16 entries get submitted for voting
- Voting with more than one account is prohibited, as well as asking people to vote for your work
- Advertising the contest via PM's, VM's or in any other way is forbidden, the only exceptions on this are the scrolly thingy and this thread.
- You may NOT Vote for your own work
- You can only enter ONE submission, however you can change this submission as often as you like untill the thread closes
- The maxium size is 700x500

Also there would be a thread to suggest themes for every month

Any suggestions/feedback/comments would be appreciated this is my first thread on here xd Also Blizzard deserves some credit on here cause he helped me brainstorm rules.

I don't like the idea. People would just make pictures of whatever the theme was and then put them together. Quality of the pictures would suffer to some degree.
Also, you should have taken this to Rei initially since she handles the contests.
(only speaking from experience there)

The way I see it, it's basically a slightly bigger and shittier SotW, so I say no personally. Considering the size you've suggested, it's only what, a good 100-150px bigger on both sides? That's not really that big, and it's just putting images together, it's a mash up of the Signature and Album contests.

May I know how do you judge if a collage is good or not?

Don't get me wrong - I support most contests suggestion but this one is really weird.

Sure, it isn't that difficult to do. People with creativity and with some talents (in either GFX or Art) may participate. But what about the voters. When you suggest a contest, you should propose a contest that'll be easily accessible to the majority of NBers. Voters' point of view should be taken into consideration equally along with Participants' point of view.

Collage is quite an extensive artistic work and it requires certain skills to understand, appreciate and judge it. Quite frankly, I don't think much people understand it. Few people actually know how to judge GFX works; so I'm apprehensive when you talk about collage.
