I suggest that maybe the admins could make it so you could do a last ten profiles visited, like if you post a vm on someone else's profile, you could do the last ten profiles, cause you recently went there, instead of spending a bunch of time looking in the members list, looking through alot of posts to find his name, if he hasn't recently replied to you, if you wanted to like post another message for them.
