Suggestion: Just delete the thread

My suggestion is mainly just for this section.

A lot of threads been popping up in the "Questions and Suggestions" area that aren't even related to Narutobase.net

People don't seem to notice the sentence after the "Questions and Suggestions"

So basically my suggestion is, since people don't seem to learn and just post it anway, instead of moving the thread, just delete it.

This way makes people learn easier and stop thinking "Oh well, the mods will move it anyway" and then post another thread here.

We constantly see the toads and other saying that this is the wrong section but people just shrug and leave it to the mods to move it.

P.S. I do no know which one takes more effort, moving or deleting a threadjust saying

To be honest, I made the same mistake when I first joined Nb a couple of months ago but I never made the same mistake twice but someone are just constantly posting question about naruto in this section, so deleting their threads should teach them.

I dont think there is a perfect solution, one of them will always do it again.

Nope, there's more scrolling when you delete a thread.
And why should they get deleted? As a punishment?

It made a lot more sense in my head actually. Not really as a punishment, more like a message.

Since they never understand what this section is made for.

And the only person noticing that "message" those people and some wouldn't even notice. If they wanted to punish, they could simply give an infraction.

Unfortunately it wouldn't actually change anything. I think the correct way is to keep reporting the threads that need to me moved and let the mods handle it.

i like that i know when i make a mistake or post in the wrong section i would like to delete it myself .....but then if you have that power you can screw people that posted on your thread and if it was popular it would take away peoples post count and kumi and for some reason people like that stuff

if a thread gets moved does it appear in the latest threads box again ?
because sometime i can find a thread with an unbelievable amount of comment in there

Everything about the thread will stay the same except its location. It doesnt get recreated when moved, since the 1st posts will have the same creation date. So if it wasnt in the "latest threads" list, then it still wont be when it gets moved
