Suggestion. In game money

I have 3 suggestions about the game pls comment but dont say nice say at least "1 and 3 was good but 2 was bad"
1st idea-Money
We should add in game money like NarutoBase coins or some thing like that It can be traded or exchanged for services
Examples:
1-Using money to buy summonnig rights, custom elements and custom weapons
2-Using money to learn custom jutsu that says can only be thought by Someone
3-Using money to battle like when you post a battle thread you can say winner gets 300 money or if you battle me you will get 25 money and stuff like that
4-Using money to Buy services in konoha town
5-there can be a daily or weekly lottery

You should get a little money every time you post something or earn it by the ways mentioned

I have 1 more ways money can be used but they are other ideas and will be posted below

2nd Idea-Missions given by every regular people
I think reguler people should be allowed to give mission requests to ninja in exchange for money (posted before in the thread) The creator of the mission will say how it will go as long as he/she dosent do something that isnt in the desciption.
Example of a mission request: Created a new thread in the missions page

Name:Search and rescue2
Rank: C
Award:50 money per person on the mission if its a sucsses
Requarements: At least chunin healty has time
Time it will take: 30-45 min
Max amount of people:3 (only 3 people can join)
Order of choosing( what are abilitys that will carry importance):Byakugun,Sharingan,Sense of smell thats well, Buggs like shinos(because its a searching mission all 4 will help)
Discription:We are in a forast and we are trying to find 4 lost people we have a chanse of facing chunin or below ninja max of 3 ninja 1 at a time.

then people will reply "I want to join" and state thir bios THe creator will pick 3 that he likes and the mission will begin missions can be helping the creator in the battle arena or finding a lost pet even maybe stealing important documents.

Not a good idea and I see no reason why we should have it. From the moment you involve money in it, you make an economy. To maintain an economy you need to make prizes for everything and rules to keep it all fair, not to mention the prizes that continously need to be updated -_-.

It's way to much work and you would gain nothing. Why would you buy a summoning jutsu? Now you can learn a custom jutsu if the maker teaches you, the only difference with your system is he needs to get paid to teach. That would make things only more difficult and complicated.

3rd idea other languages
There might be Pages like "Battle arena" or "training grounds" for non english speakers that they can gather and battle train talkj about naruto and other stuff

Actually Nexus and I have been working on something really big again, some of you might have heard the rumors that we let be spread. The idea of a small economy will be a part of it. But no one is gonna buy battle abilities or jutsus in here. That is not happening.

We've had a simiuler thing before, but submitting missions then seeing if its good then you post in a thread and choose what mission you want

....and well that system many didn't enjoy...

Thing about missions is that we started badly. I'll explain since you are a new member:
We had another RP system before, where mods were in charge of everything. Members didn't like it, some mods enjoyed being able to control everything.
When some things cleared up here, the first thing I did is to change this fact. Mods now aren't in charge of everything, none of us has absolute control and things are divided (Goro and Grimm handle the senseis, the bios and the jutsus -i step in there only if something is needed, all senseis and mods can handle the missions, RokuNR handles the bleach system, i handle along with Nexus the Custom Elements and the Custom Clans).
In the previous system, missions were needed for someone to go to a higher rank, but they were poorly made and extremely boring. Members had to RP with...themselves for pages and pages to get a successful mission.
Now the missions are better and more interesting since they give nice weapons to handle in the arena, but members still remember how boring the missions were before and they don't participate in them. They are just happy they don't have to do missions by default to get to a higher rank that they don't pay attention to them at all
So your suggestion is not bad, but i am afraid that the members won't participate.
