Well obviously HxH if you haven't caught up on that yet. JoJo's Bizarre adventures, there are 8 parts. Have you read the My Hero spin off Vigilante? Green Blood was a pretty sick western themed manga, gritty like AoT, Kingdom etc. I've heard Golden Kamuy is good but only read a chapter or two. Seven Deadly Sins was a lot better than I expected going into the netflix series and it made me continue the manga which has been pretty good. Kenichi was a good fighting manga.
