So the anime that fills all those boxes is Baccano! for sure.
Ano Hana is also the shortest, best anime and also the only piece of fiction to ever make me cry.
Kyousougiga is a bit surreal but I find it's a well animated and imaginative gem people either never hear of or love as a favourite. I was on the latter end when I knew what was going on.
Death Parade, Evangelion and Space Dandy are always good options and are completed.

Kill la kill? Though that is pretty much a fighting/comedy hybrid. It's pretty freaking funny and racey and short but complete (like 22 eps I think)
