Suddenly realization about Minato and Kushina (May contain spoilers)

So I've been reading around the Naruto wikia and came across a statement that Minato's soul couldn't be resurrected (by Orochimaru in part 1) cause his soul is in the Shinigami from when he sealed the Kyuubi into Naruto. Then that means Kushina's there too, right? They probably waited just to meet Naruto then went to see each other in the shinigami's stomach where they have to fight with the rest who are trapped for eternity.

As far as we know, only Minato's soul was sealed into the Shinigami.
Kushina used up all of her remaining chakra restraining the Kyuubi, and she would have later died anyway due to the bijuu extraction process.

I've read every single manga and watched the anime. Please explain to me why I am dumb? I actually posted to check if my realization was correct and it wasn't so I greatly appreciate the users who answered properly. It was my bad. There's nothing wrong with learning more especially from my mistakes, right?
