And yes they are Super-humans but they don't have Super-brains!

They obvoiusly have super brains if they can learn to do as much as they can with chakra - Amegakure had skyscrappers.

They know Ninjutsu,Genjutsu,nature elements etc + already had buildings before,and even skyscrappers - and Amegakure,and had different technology stuff.

This technological advances do not make much sense, our technology is based on our needs, we could not fly, make water out of blue or all those magical stuff in NV. That's why we have our current technology; do you think we will have planes the way they are today if there were flying gigantic dragons? Or if the animals used for teleportion like horses did never exist we would develop cars much sooner.

NV is revolved around ninja with much different capabilities and needs from ours. Them having similar development in architecture and technology (and it being blurted out in 10 years) is off. I would get if there was some sort of solid hint regarding to such universe but the closest one is the abandoned city when Taka visited cat lady.

They had fairly advanced technology in Part 1, tech far more advanced than what we had even with the dawn of modern skyscrapers in reality. It's been over 10 years anyway, since Sasuke went travelling and still hadn't settled back at 19. Kishimoto has already stated that NV doesn't correspond to any era and is a mélange of different things from different times.

Stop comparing normal humans in reality to superhumans in a fantasy verse, it doesn't work.

-Waterfall
-Sound
-Rain
