There's many unique creative techniques that Shinobi have created,and learned + they already had building before,and maybe you didn't notice but each village had different ones,yet in 10 years you don't think they could build really tall buildings now that they're not spending all their time fighting each other?

That is not the same thing at all. They also showed the equivalent of our old, lamp televsion prototype screens during Chunin Exams.
But suddenly what we see now, is whole Tokyo build 10 meters away from a >VILLAGE<, and McAir being a casual office tool...

It's over ten years and besides, we already had skyscrapers in the 1800s, waaaaay before modern technology was around. Even in Part 1, they had 8-bit computers and TVs in Naruto. Their techniques and enhanced physical abilities mean that things like skyscrapers aren't going to take long to build, hell Konoha was partially re-built within months.

And stop comparing normal humans in reality to superhumans in a fantasy verse, it doesn't work.

This technological advances do not make much sense, our technology is based on our needs, we could not fly, make water out of blue or all those magical stuff in NV. That's why we have our current technology; do you think we will have planes the way they are today if there were flying gigantic dragons? Or if the animals used for teleportion like horses did never exist we would develop cars much sooner.

I would get if there was some sort of solid hint regarding to such universe but the closest one is the abandoned city when Taka visited cat lady.

Completely normal? Is Naruto's world normal? Look at Amegakure again.I believe Shinobi know/can learn how to make really tall buildings and start making more of them since they're not constantly fighting against other nations anymore.

Stop referring Naruto as the real deal it's fiction. Kishi made a mistake there. You can't just possibly learn to build skyscapers in less than 10years it's in Illogical!

And yes they are Super-humans but they don't have Super-brains!
