Something valid? You are questioning Sakura's role in this shounen, what makes you think that is something valid? That is stated, like it or not, it's fact that she is the heroine.

I think she had a great development for being the heroine of a manga for men. Her background in Part 1 was kind of silly, but Part 2 Sakura had Part 1 as her background which happens to be one of the main hero's goal in the whole Part 2, keep a promise he made to the heroine and save his friend, goal that wasn't accomplished until the very end.
Move set? Please, you don't want to make this a Hinata vs Sakura thread, do you? You know how it always end... Play with caution. Motives? Sakura has always loved Sasuke, that the reason she had for trying to save him the way she believed she could.

The only thing she has more is panel time. Her development.... Let's see....

Sakura is among one of the worst written entities I've ever come across. Her "relationship" with Naruto (and with Sasuke as well) is complete shit and there was no inclination of either of them wanting a romantic one after Naruto shot her ass down the first time.


Even if she had become Naruto's bottom b*tch, which I thank God she didn't because she doesn't deserve it, it wouldn't have made her character arc any better. She was officially ruined and irredeemable at Kage Summit. This is just icing on the shit-cake.

Sakura's such a sad excuse of a main character. So underwhelming and pathetic.
