[Discussion] Such a missed opportunity. (fairy tail natsu chapter 434)

Ok am I the only one that thinks this was a huge missed opportunity for Natsu to use fire god slayer magic or fire dragon god slayer magic.

Since Natsu had been exposed to Flame god magic in the past I think that if it said that he trained during the time-skip to be able to use it at will that he could have gotten a very explainable power-up and with him just fighting a god it would have been the best time to give him the power. I guess Dragon god's brilliant flame will be a one time attack instead :/ Kind of disappointing to me

Natsu wouldnt reject igneel by deciding to use another type of fire instead of dragon slayer. Plus he already beat the fire god slayer showing that his dragon magic was better anyways, or at least he was more skilled in it.
Besides, he is overpowered enough.

Well he beat Zancrow using a technique that used both dragon and god slayer fire. Yes I do agree that it would be a sort of rejection but I always wanted to see him use the power again later.
