submitting thread suggestion

ok i want to suggest one simple think on there
i really want the approveing mods to give reasons for saying no for jutsus
so that submitter knows wat mistakes he have donethere and correct it up or even try not to do it again

You cant just say "GIVE REASONS FOR NOT APPROVING MY JUTSU!"

They can just say no without a reason its there decision they could decline any jutsu with no reason.

It's true that it is sometimes annoying, but if a mod says "no", then it's a no go. U_U

Well if it is an OP, an already existing jutsu or a rule breaking one they say it most of the time.

Mostly when they don't say something about it is when the jutsu is completely wrong or just not even worth calling a jutsu.

As they need to check a lot of jutsu's, you really can't blame them if they don't say something always.
