Keji utters a single word Byoto as he begins to draw his blade across his body from right to left turning it into a giant war fan. As it crossed his body Keji channeled futon chakra into it releasing a blast of wind from the fan. This blast would continue onwards upon reaching mid-range the wind would shape itself into a large peregrine falcon that would immediately ascend into the sky. After reaching a certain height it would retract its wings and dive bomb into the ground cracking it upon impact as it dispersed. Alright now give it a shot then tell me of any possible strengths and weaknesses you see with this jutsu.

Description: The user waves their giant/war fan while channeling chakra into it. As the fan crosses their body they will launch a large blast of wind that once mid range from the user shapes into a large peregrine falcon. This falcon will then ram into the target grasping it in its beak and ascend into the sky. Once high enough the falcon will begin to dive bomb crashing into the ground at breakneck speeds crushing the target.
Notes:
~Can only be used twice
~Has a 2 turn cooldown
~Must have war/giant fan
~Falcons speed is 1.5x the users
~No S-Rank or above futon the following turn
~Can only be taught by Keji

Advantage: It moves x1.5 the users speed which is useful if u fast af

Diadvantage: The falcon as to move up and back down. Two movements which seem like they take a lot of time.

True also don't forget that until the wind hits mid range it's an ordinary blast of wind but like you said if your speed is 20 it moves at 30 meaning very little time for your average opponent to react to it which would also explain the heavy restrictions. Any questions?
