after One simple Ram hand seal, the user can attempt to shock their opponent after holding their palm towards the sky and releasing their chakra as an electrical discharge.
[4]Lightning Release: Shuriken Control Technique
Whether it be Large Shuriken or a Windmill Shuriken with chakra focused into them, the user can attempt to hit his opponent and restrict their movements, if the opponent is hit, due to the lightning chakra being focuse through a cable connected to the users weapon.

The way the cosmetics of this tech are explained makes me happy, by exerting raiton chakra out of your hand, youre able to release a high powered current of lightning towards the enemy, ideal for short range combat.

I like this technique, one tech that allows you to be defensive and/or offensive, with no hands seals, just by releasing a certain amount of chakra around them, the user is able to create a barrier of lightning to block and or negate incoming attacks[that are same rank or weaker-against elements weak to raiton], if the user can also send the energy of the created plasma barrier towards an enemy within short range, only downside is the user is restricted to using physical or other lightning based techs, while barrier is still active.
[3]Lightning Release: Lightning Shock Rain
After chakra is released into the air, an orb will form which will remain in the air for a few seconds, spewing out continuos bolts of lightning towards the opponent. Doesnt reach long range but its cool.
[4]Lightning Release: Rigged Shuriken One Thousand Birds Style
A chidori covered shuriken, can't go wrong with chidori covered goodies, must know chidori to be able to use but the tech is a nice alternative to other chakra covered tools.

No handseals ++, with enough channeled chakra throughout the users body, they'll place their hand onto the ground causing a surge of electricity to erupt around them like a web of lightning electrocuting any opponents within range. A cool alternative tech to use if the opponent is physically trapped within range

By infusing a fuma shuriken with chakra the user is able to to toss the shuriken with such force it knocks the opponent back, with the possibility of stunning the opponent as well, due to the lightning trail thats left behind. Short to Long Range use++

By performing four hand seals the user is able to discharge multiple lightning disks, that fly towards the opponent at great speeds.

By performing three specific hand seals, im able to create a massive yet focused mass of lightning around my hands, potentially making objects within in close range, easier to slice through.

In conjunction with active shadow clones, the user is able to active this jutsu on opposite hands of one another, making their slicing through through multiple objects an easier task. Connection works up to mid range.

As i hit the opponent with my chidori, im able to manipulate the lightning chakra, causing it extend, piercing the opponent as it hurls them into the air, by increasing my chakra, i can cause the end of the spear to explode sending the opponent flying back towards the ground.

After the atmosphere heats up and thunderclouds are formed, the user will activate a chidori that is capable of controlling the lightning up above, that they can then strike an opponent with a massive lightning bolt within a blink of an eye.
Chidori must be activated before being able to use kirin, Reaches long range distances.
