I have some doubts about latest chapter.
First of all, I think that the shinobi alliance with Hashirama at its head has made a very stupid decision by taking down Obito thus preventing the resurrection of Madara.
Right now, there are the most powerful protagonists at the battlefield (Edo Hokages, Naruto, Sasuke, Bee) followed by one of the best healer- Sakura. And current Kages are on their way along with Orochimaru.
If Madara would be resurrected, he would be instantly pulverized by this army of strong people, no matter that he is currently most powerful. He would lack infinite chakra and counters for his techs has already been shown (Sasuke for his sharingan, Naruto knows how to counter Rinnegan after his fight with Nagato, Hashirama's budda for meteors, and his wood for Madara's wood).
Madara wouldnt have any opportunity to get to the Juubi without first taking them down.
Also, I see no point in maintaining the red barrier since normal shinobis are already inside it... It only seems to keep Edo Hokages from the battle which would pretty quickly end if they were active.
The only thing that keeps Juubi in place is Hashirama's wood barriers, so only he would be excluded from fighting mortal Madara. They wouldn't have to care about Obito- he would die after Rinne Tensei.
The result would be: constrained juubi, and living Madara trying to reach him.
Current results are: shinobi alliance fcked because of Obito as juubi jinchuuriki and an Edo Madara.
Strange as it seem, only Naruto showed some realization of the situation.
Only Naruto seemed to know that Obito wanted to become the Juubi's jinchuuriki??
Naruto realized that by killing him, Obito will have a little time window from being controlled by Madara, to dying, enough for him to seal the juubi in himself.
Summarize:
It would be better for shinobi alliance to let Obito resurrect Madara, if it weren't for the plot, that is.
