Why do I get pain in my bones when I sleep without a blanket? Does it happen to you? It always happens to me. Just wondering.

-I need to sleep with a blanket.
-I need to sleep with a fan.

It gets tricky in the extreme cold and extreme heat.

Try sleeping without clothes and blanket if still pain persists then you should contact medics.

Lol, why? It was always like that for me. Doubt it's anything serious. Also, I generally do that but I'm just curious as to why it happens.

I need to be warm and comfortable yet cool and relaxed. It's very hard to get both of those, and I usually end up awake half the night.

You probably have arthritis, due to the cold your joints tense and cause pain, it's nothing serious you'll be fine.

"Nothing serious"? Lol As much as "old" people complain about that. You should get that checked out.

^^^^^Lol if that is the case then OP should get a blood test done in the clinic asap. The Doc will check ur RAF value in blood to diagnose whether u have it or not.

Take calcium and drink milk on occasion preferably before you sleep.

It could be something wrong with your endocrine system. Heat/cold sensitivity are sometimes symptomatic of problems with pituitary glands or thyroid. It could be early symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis. Sometimes depression/anxiety can manifest themselves with heat or cold intolerance.

Many people have joint pain in colder weather because it can change the thickness of joint fluid. Glucosamine sulfate and chondroitin supplements may help. Anti-inflammatory foods/supplements (Omega 3 fatty acids, Tumeric, Ginger, Vitamin K and C) may help some.

Or just use your blanket.
