stupid ps3 problems -.-

so , when i'm playing a game and when i'm seeing my friends and if i'm away or some shit while i'm in the menu of the ps3 , IN-GAME or some shit like that... this shit disappears automatically , did this ever happened to any of you guys?

i don't even click in the middle button and this shit disappears , it's annoying.

do u hv any idea how i fix this?
