Omg, I actually stayed up, because I wanted to see the episode of Goku and Luffy... but apparently Japan postponed it to next week, at least they could've mentioned that earlier! And they already postponed an ep 2/3 weeks ago :(

stupid OP...

were you guys very curious to this ep? And what do you think about this? Do you think that they should've mentioned it at least earlier?

How about you use Google instead of using Watchop the One Piece Official ripper all the time? Because it actually showed in Japan, and there is no such thing as Japan TV.

Has been aired but it hasn't been translated because of rights to Toriko and DBZ. In a cross-over situation there is another construction of who 'owns' the right to sub them instead of the usual FUNimation.

My understanding of it is that when a show is licensed, Toei isn't the only company that has a say in it. All of the companies that provide funding do as well. These crossover episodes apparently involve additional companies aside from the usual ones and it's these extra companies that create licensing woes for FUNimation. For whatever reason, they can't seem to come to an agreement with them and secure the rights.
So it has been out and all that watchOP does is steal the video and put it online. So it's not postponed, they're waiting for a fan group to sub it and steal it again and then put it online, which could even take two weeks (that is the time it took for the last time sub a cross-over of OPxToriko)

If anything the last party who is to blame is One Piece, so your thread title is stupid.

EDIT:

The reason OP was postponed 2 weeks ago was because of the annual Japan Marathon that get's aired every year, so again it wasn't OP's fault. Toei delivers but the TV station decides what to air.
