I'm sure the body of a 12 year old can develop strong enough bones to withstand crushing solid rock with his back, within the time span of maybe a year. Makes perfect sense pal.

And so does the energy in a human body channeled and controlled to form lightning...
You are talking on the belief that everything is "Normal" there, while it isn't, meaning that Shinobi in naruto verse aren't supposed to have the same body strength, stamina, and growth rate as normal people, be it in real life or Naruto.

Shinobi can control chakra, which is their energy, and because Chakra seems to grow by use, and over use, their bodies are supposed to consume more energy than before their chakra pools expand, meaning they will grow bigger, faster, and better.
