Is it just me or is all the Jonin in the leaf light weights besides the main ones cuz every time i watch an episode Jonin from the leaf ive never seen before get picked off like flys.

I posted the other day about this and asked whether Jonin or ANBU were better. There are some BA Jonin though that we almost never see like that Aoba guy. I'm not sure how to spell his name, but there are some that aren't as strong too and some are fresh Jonin and need more experience. And the Leaf is always facing some strong opponent so of course there are going to be people who are better suited for the job and some who just can't hold a candle to a certain type of opponent.

Yeah, the only Jonin I have seen that are strong in the leaf are
Kakashi Hatake and Might Guy.

This is a fault on Kishi's part, he hasn't been doing anything to develop his characters since the naruto Shippuden. When we first watch Naruto Kishi told us Jonins are the strongest in their respective village under the Kage, but shit he hasn't done nothing to prove that only focusing on Naruto, and Sasuke giving them almost dragon ball-like powers. Being irrelevant to a plot he should had done better at least to show up their strength. Too many enemies get in and out of Konoha like it was nothing, and the only people that can save them is Naruto, Kakashi, Gai pretty much any supporting character.

He failed to show the strength of being a jonin, he almost make becoming a jonin isn't shit, you need to be at a high jonin or kage level. Anbu squads are underestimated by their own creator, how can you prove that they are strong now, you've failed your own creation. Naruto became just like Dragon Ball Z and Bleach. If you're not Goku or Vegeta you're not worth it. If you're not Ichigo or the captains, mostly Ichigo you're weak. That is why when it comes to character development, showing each characters capabilities One Piece takes this, because it shows us that you can beat a stronger opponent without power. It's not about Luffy getting some new power ups out of nowhere, he had to work hard for it, and as the main character of One Piece, the story does not revolves around him only. Kishi just became a bad writer that's all, too much fame, he's not putting his heart out like he used to anymore, he's not paying attention to his own details, and he has a bad team that writes terrible fillers. It's just crap after crap, stories with a lot of plot holes.
