Yeah, sorry for the late reply.

But from what I know, this sand is pretty much magic sand, the sand can repel water and whatnot, once taken out of water it is completely dry. While the sand is in the water, it stays completely dry. Honestly I don't know too much about it.

Thats good for a start. Red Sand also has a burning property that allows it to leave 3rd degrees burn on people who touch it. The Sand not only repels water but also moisture making it strong against Steam Release (so you getting a Mei bio wont be a problem) and cant be pushed by Wind. Its neutral to Earth Release. Since its Sand it is weak against Lightning and weak against Fire and burning elements. Tho it is strong against water it is weak against Oil and Oily elements since the sand will absorb the oil making it hard to manipulate. Make sure you don't touch the sand your self or else you can get burn xD any questions before we start?

Description: The user will do the snake sign channel either already existing Red Sand or their chakra into the ground to change the ground into a fine sand like dust quality, then use their chakra to make sand/dust in the ground turn into Hydrophobic Sand, in a short to mid range with a 10 meter radius, while also being Mid Range in depth, so the user will have more to use in a battle. This is like when Gaara uses his sand to create more sand from the ground for his use.
Note: Usable 5 times a battle

Performance: Castiel performs the snake handseal and sends his nirro suna chakra into the ground around him up to mid-range, which then by using the nirro suna chakra he starts to make the ground around him turn into red sand, that he is able to use for other red sand techniques.

Strengths: Able to create a large amount of red sand to use for upcoming techniques, + I assume it would burn you, and your target if stepped on?

Weakness: Well, isn't an attack based jutsu. It's more to use so you can use the sand with more ease.

How I would use it: I would use it so it would be easier to use red sand techniques/having the sand.

Counter: Simple lighting and/or fire technique should do the trick.

Description: The user will do the Tiger sign and create 10 life size spiders (size of tarantulas) by either using their chakra to create them from the ground or using an already made source of Red Sand. The spiders will then rush towards the opponent and latch on to them keeping him in place by biting down onto to them. Once attached the user will do the clap his hands together causing the the spiders to grow in size to being the size of Pakkun. The spiders can cause 3rd degree burns by being touched or attacked by them once they are enlarged.
Note: Usable 5 times a match

Now using the source of sand we have create 10 life size spiders and have them rush at my clone and attach on to him. Then clap your hands together to make the spiders grow into the size of Pakkun so they bind the clone and also give my clone 3rd degree burn.
Performance: Castiel starts, by using the pre-made source of red sand, Castiel perform the Tiger hand seal to manipulate some of the sand to form about 10 or so spiders the size of a tarantula; as that is complete, Castiel sends the 10 spiders, five in front and another 5 behind those other 5 towards the clone, as the spiders. As they get near they latch on to the clone, then by clapping his hands, the spiders start to grow about the size of Pakkun, while they are growing, the clone gets some really bad burns, the burns grow as the spiders grow.

Strengths: 10 small spiders, that attach themselves to your foe, grow in size, and also cause great burns. Pretty solid technique, I must say.

Weakness: Mid-range, surge of lighting can stop them before they do real damage, and medium sized fire attack could stop them from coming anywhere near me.

How I would use it: I would use it, just after I use another attack, so the spiders sort of go unnoticed, or when my target is in a genjutsu.

Counter: Lighting surge, and/or fire blast.

The user himself doesn't directly touch the tools therefor he is unaffected by the heat of them. The tools can only be created Short Range from the user if the technique is used to create its own source of red sand.
Note: Usable 4 times a match

Use the same source ,then do this again without a source, create tools out of red sand like kunais, pillars, shields whatever you want and heat the sand so that they cause third degree burns to my clone. Make sure you dont touch the tools yourself or else you will get burn. THis is more like controlling where they go with your chakra.

Performance 1: By using the source of red chakra in front of Castiel, Castiel starts to manlipulate the chakra to form into kunai purely made out of the red sand, then by using his chakra he controls the kunai; cause if he touches them himself he will get burns which Castiel does not want, so using his chakra he sends the kunais towards Blakes clone.

Performance 2: Now, Castiel does this again, but this time uses his own chakra, he starts to mix his earth and fire chakra while slowing adding wind chakra to the mix to make a grainly like chakra, he then releases the chakra in the form of red sand which he manipulates to form s pillar of red sand that is in front of Castiel, and then uses his chakra to push the pillar towards the clone.

Strengths: Well getting hit by the tools would do some brute damage as well as burning damage which is neat.

Weakness: Well, the user can't touch the sand would be the main one.

How I would use it: Would probably make a sword, or pillars to defend against water techniques, or send kunai towards my target, maybe a red sand dark release combo.

Counter: B-rank lighting and/or fire technique to blast/destroy the red sand tools.

Questions: How big are the tools, standard size? or bigger. Also can I make a pillar under my foot to give me a boost, like people do with the earth technique one? Or not, would the sand burn my foot, by going though the shoe?? With the sword one, how would that work exactly?

They can be standard but you can make them bigger or smaller up to you. And yes you can do that but you will get a little burn depending on how long you touch the sand. And with the sword you use your chakra to control where it hits.

Okay I understand now, thank you.

Performance: I start by sending my red sand chakra to my left hand, and manipulate the chakra just above my hand to form into a small cyclone of sand in my hand, but not touching said hand, from that I will throw the small cyclone at your clone, and once it gets close to your clone, I perform the tiger hand seal to make it grow into a large sand storm, the clone should be thrown around and burnt thanks to the proprieties of the red sand.

Strengths: Creating a burning sandstorm, and the fact it can repel water techniques, if handy technique.

Weakness: Doing within short range of yourself, you'd get caught in the sand storm also?

How I would use it: Use it mid+ away from me, use it to counter a water technique, or trap them in a vortex of burning sand.

Counter: Strong lighting or fire blast, wall, or anything of the latter, but large in size, I'd assume.

Question: What is a within reason water technique that would be repelled from this technique?

What is a within reason water technique that would be repelled from this technique?
If the used tornado of water or any water jutsu to push the sand away but its not big enough. Like if they did Great Exploding Wave thats way too much water to handle.

The creature will be completely made out of red sand and is able to protect the user from incoming attack while also being able to attack. The creature is able to release blast of red sand (which are A rank in power, Mid range and counts as a move of the user) or even grab and crush the opponent while also being able to cause third degree burns to the opponent. If their is a red sand source available the creature can use it to reform its self from damage it could have taken while being used but it counts as a turn of the user. After the creature is done it will just disperse into red sand leaving red sand all over the battle field up to long range allowing the user a more range of access to red sand.
Note: Usable twice a battle and needs a 2 turn cool down while no other Red Sand jutsus can be used during the cool down.
Note: Creature last for 3 turns
Note: The user cannot use any techniques other than Red Sand techniques while sustaining the creature.

First off Castiel performs the snake handseal then sends his red sand chakra into the ground below up to mid-range, changing the ground into fine red sand as soon as that is done; he performs the Ram sign and sends a large amount of chakra into the previously made sand, from that he creates a massive T-rex like thing out of the sand, I tell the T-rex to grab a hold of one of the clones in front of Castiel and crush it to death, while receiving burns from the sand. Then I have the T-rex release a blast of sand from it's mouth towards another clone...some moments go by and the T-rex was hit with a technique that Blake performed, using the sand around the T-rex, the T-rex is able to reform itself once more...being perfectly fine.
