Hi!

I just made some interesting research:

The last animated stuff of Dragon Ball came out in 1996 as a movie "Dragon Ball The Path To Power".

After that, there was NO MORE ANIMATED STUFF TILL 2008, when an DBZ OVA appeared!

So Toei waited for 12 years then restarted DBZ franchise, giving out more and more DBZ OVAs then later even movies and now will do a new series with the help of the mangaka!

Do you think that Studio Pierrot will do the same with Naruto?

They will make the Boruto movie, then after they ended the anime series too they will wait for 10-12 years THEN producting Naruto animared stuff again?

Will people care about Naruto in a decade if they stop making stuff for it?

Well, DBZ managed and Naruto is the third best selling manga of all times while DBZ is rhe secon.

They'll do something like they did at the end of the original Naruto series. They'll have like 200 episodes of the filler adventures of boruto and friends. Then it'll end for a while and they'll focus on the Bleach anime. Later more movies will come out, with Kishi on board. Then they'll force him to help continue the cannon storyline after he finishes his new project. They'll do this until Kishimoto dies, then they'll get some hardcore Naruto fans to take over the series and follow a series bible like 343 with Halo. This will continue until the Earth is consumed by the Sun.

I wrotte that the last animated production of DBZ was in 1996, meaning there were no animated stuff (no movies, no series, not even OVAs) until 2008 aka for 12 years!

Thought, between 1996 and 2008 there were tons of video games, so if Naruto will produce tons of them for 10-12 years.
